Your playing was really lovely but the tone was dryer and more compressed than a literal egyptian mummy.
hahaha touché! Our goal wasn't to flood the EQ with nice effects, but more to compare the dry tones of both guitars and to notice the differences between each pickup.
Drums sound amazing but your playing makes em just that much better sounding man. You played clean, tasteful, and groovy. Good stuff brotha!

These are actually great guitars. I’m not even a fan of Mikes but I wanted a Custom Shop but can’t afford 5 k. So this was just fine. I have 3 American Ultras but this one gets grabbed daily. Plus you can’t possibly damage it . Setup is horrible from Fender. But that’s why you do it yourself. Plus those pickups aren’t in any other strat.

@@waylonbates7873 it came out in the mid 2000s and it’s amazing. Loud and punchy. Had great cleans but an amazing crunch too. Discontinued after the mark 5 was released

Nice demo of a Great Guitar. Got to be one of the all time coolest guitars ever. I had one years ago which was used , battered n bruised before I got it and it cost me peanuts . Now? Astronomical! Should have kept it , even with the sawdust falling off it !

For the RC-1 pedal a great song to loop would be Wicked Game by Chris Isaak. A great song and fantastic to create a backing track looped while using lead guitar to mimick the lyrics. Cheers Aaron
That's possibly the worst distorted/gain tone on a demo for an incredibly nice quality and expensive guitar I've ever heard. Whoever's doing your sound needs to probably recalibrate their ears and you guys should really invest some time into choosing a quality amp to demo through and sound-checking it or fixing it in post. Also playing something other than cowboy chords when the distortion is on would be helpful.
