  She’s polishing/cleaning a floor that is already perfectly clean/shiny, don’t think this machine is heavy enough to actually polish a dirty dull surface and turn it into a shiny diamond.

  THE WORST STEAMER EVER DIDN’T EVEN GET 3 MONTHS USE OUT IF IT ONCE YOU FILL THE WATER COMPARTMENT TO THE LINE OF MAX , YOU CANT EVEN LIFT & MANOEUVRE ROUND THR EDGES OF THE GARMENTS WHICH MEANS CREASED AND DAMP EDGES AND CORNERS AND CUFFS AND NECK AREAS OF CLOTHES I COULDN’T EVEN CLEAN IT PROPERLY AS THE WATER TANK IS INACCESSIBLE FROM THE INSOFE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET LEFT OVER DROPS OF WATER FROM INSIDE NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TIP IT -- WHICH MEANS HARD WATER SCALE BUILDS UP UNCONTROLLABLY DISGUSTING WAISTE OF MONEY

  So many machines these days only allow your machine to fill the water half way or so, on the quick wash. Does this machine do the same thing. No one admits to this feature. I don't need steam to wash my clothes.... I need water!!!
