  We can look at it differently. I think it was a smart money move. You play for 3 years become a free agent at 31 and with salary cap going up aav will go up so his third contract will be worth more at a later age

  @@greergrapple2227 not necessarily, for most people where they have Lebron in terms of his legacy won't really change all that much, plus he has plenty of goals besides winning rings He clearly wants to be an owner of a franchise (Vegas) when the expansion comes. Plus with who Lebron is, if he were to take a huge pay cut it's not hard to believe that JT would change the status quo on how contracts would work suddenly it's "oh but Lebron took this pay cut so who are you to demand that much money?" Lebron is too big of a star to do something like this without ramifications (though I agree with you and would've loved to see Lebron do something like that to win more)
