Just a dude sharing knowledge about garage projects, lawn care, and general stuff around the house. If you’re into that kind of stuff, give the page a subscribe 👍🏻
An exhaust fan is way better than both of these. The ones made to bring fresh air into places aren’t the prettiest of fans. But if you want to move air. That’s where it’s at

Thanks for this review! I'm torn between the CE 24" fan or a black K Tool from Amazon. I bought the 16" CE Turbo fan from Home Depot a few days ago and I'm VERY pleased with the amount of air it moves! Looks like I'll be going with the CE 24" fan now as well.

Thank you. Some of the newer ones have variable speed motors! They switch the line from a.c. to d.c. You can go from maybe 30 rpm to full blast and anywhere in between.

Hello very nice presentation I purchased the black one from Lowe's it was called utility Tech at the time anyway it worked great for about 3 years and now it's making an awful squeaking noise I just wonder if there's an easy way to fix it I think I'm going to try some oil in the remove the fan blade and maybe put a couple drops of oil down the shaft I don't know if it's going to work or not but it's really disappointing it was such a good fan
@Garage_and_Lawn Жыл бұрын
I think putting a drop or two of oil, as you said, would be worth a try. If that doesn’t work, you could try to take the outside casing off the motor and get to it better and find the points of friction that are creating the squeaking. The only advice I could offer for that would be 1) make sure you have the fan unplugged for a while before you start taking the motor apart, thinking about capacitors and 2) a little oil goes a long way
