    Hello. I have tried making Dhokra many times but it is uncooked even after 15 mins! Toothpick inserted in the center cones out moist. Please help. Thank you

    Batter ghol lo (don't add fruit salt yet) aur rest karne do batter ko for 20 mins. Eno (fruit salt) daalne se pehle paani boil karlo. Steaming hot. Uske baad oil lgi hui khaali thaali steamer pe rakh do. Iske baad Eno ko ghol ke thaali me pour kardo aur high steam me dhak ke 15-20 min tak pakne do.
