Love Cream of Wheat😋
I miss the regular long cook cream of wheat.
I wish I had seen this video this last weekend before I made my first 15 bean soup. I will definitely use your video the next time I try it. Thank you for sharing your wonderful video. 🙏🏼
“Cream of wheat stays with you and guides you all day through” or so the old commercial said♥️
I love her face when she tastes test.
I always considered it a punishment as a child. I think I need to try it again now that my palate has matured!
I feel this way about Cream of Rice!! And I add cinnamon too.
Can u wash whites with bleach and detergent?
Yes. You can add bleach and detergent in the same wash load but be careful with the bleach. Too much can cause your whites to yellow.
Yes! I like to eat cream of wheat❤. It is one of my comfort foods in the Winter months because it feels warm n yummy going down into my tummy?😊
Beautiful apron and pie.
Thank you.
Oh, yeah!
Great cold weather treat.
I'm senting this to those neighbors that do everything- except cleaning their garage lol
That’s too funny. The garage can be a bit daunting. This video should prove helpful.
My favorite! I love and keep the white box in my cupboard i have two boxes in there right now🥰😋🤤
I need to restock. I believe there’s only one left on my pantry shelf.
This was one of the hot cereals that was on the breakfast table during my childhood. We lived in the country in Northern Ohio, and hot cereal was a winter staple. Memories.
Oh yeah! In Indiana where it gets cold, cold, cold…you know. Weather similar to Ohio…CREAM OF wheat or porridge was on the table in the winter and whenever anyone was sick. Did your family use it for sick day food?
When I was pregnant with my second child, cream of wheat was about all I could stomach for several months. 😄 My children all loved it, my grandchildren not as much😕
My grandchildren love it. I put so much brown sugar and butter in it…it;s delicious. We call it porridge. They always ask for it when they come to visit.
@@homemakingwithdenise I make mine the same way you make yours, I was totally baffled that my grandchildren didn't like it. But I guess they never really were served hot cereal before they moved to near me. I should try it again sometime now that they're a little older and have experienced more varieties of food. Thank you Denise for all you do!
I love cream of wheat...😂 It brings back so many memories..😂
I love it too. Keep those memories going. Make it for your family. I sweeten mine either butter and brown sugar. It’s good for breakfast and the perfect sickbed food.
What do I use for really bad stains, I live in a family of 8
Well, it depends. If it’s small enough to spot treat start with a Dawn/vinegar/water solution. Equal parts of each…pour/spray it on. Give it a scrub. Let it soak. Scrub. Rinse. If stain is gone, launder as usual. If it’s a big stain like a sheet or something, treat as described and soak in a bucket. Then scrub. Rinse. Check for stain. If stain hone, wash as usual. Now…if stain is still there after all that…sprinkle baking soda on the wet stain and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then rinse, scrub, and see if it’s gone. Let me know how that works,
@@homemakingwithdenise it worked well thank you

Try pre-soaking with a solution of detergent and baking soda
Sometimes when in a hurry things happen. Takes longer to fix than prevent. Thank you.
thank you!
Thank you Denise - I learned this the hard way as a young mom😐🙄🙁
Are these glass or high quality plastic?
Both…I have a set of glass and a set of the high quality plastic. Some go in my freezer and some in my fridge, great way to preserve leftovers.
"Doing one load a day, keeps Mt. Wash More away!" Haha❤❤ thank you for these infotaining videos😂❤
Glad you like them! I wouldn’t have thought of them as entertaining but I like that. I’ll have to think about how to do more of them.
Looks so good
the eggs look like a good idea in mashed potatoes, i never tried it. Do you do it that way for mashed potatoes normally and it's safe to eat?
I love my packing cubes, though they aren't compression. I roll my clothes or tightly fold them. When I unpack at my destination, I only pull out the things that need to be hung up. It keeps everything neat and organized. But I use grocery bags for my shoes, and unclean underwear and socks.
I do like the grocery bag idea. It keeps the germs confined and you can pitch them later. The laundry bag cube will need to be washed.
I am a fan of those compression travel bags and I also have the luggage that compresses also. No more sitting on the suitcase to get it closed.
Thank you.
I always find the shoe bag to be trickiest!
Shoe bags are tricky because they are bulky and knobby. I agree but put them in first or on the end.
@@homemakingwithdenise I usually put them in first and build around them, lol!
I do like how the ones you show open up all the way. Mine don't unfortunately! And being able to see your items is great!
I’ve tried a couple of sets and yes…the ones that open all the way up and flat work best for me.
@@homemakingwithdenise Good to know!
Awesome! I have the compression ones from Tripped that I got on Amazon. Love them!
