  "Angel Adoree" is very similar to the name of a well-known American Drag Queen - that's how ridiculous it is. I was huge fan, but the show eventually became unwatchable as they shoe-horned Angela's boring "designer" bits into the show - like anyone cares about custom wallpaper based on her kids' crayon drawings or a second-hand settee she's given new life by PAINTING it (still makes me cringe). Her son's biggest problem is that it's PAINFULLY obvious that he is her favorite - she's always stuffing his face with some fattening treat. Despite growing up in France and attending French schools, neither of the children seem to speak French - although their Essex accents are quite strong (i.e. "that settee you painted looks AMAZIN''!"). It didn't surprise me in the least that they were rude and abusive to the crew.
