Hello friends,
I am Nikos and i have been playing the Guitar since quite young. I love music and i use my free time practising, writing and making videos regarding music.
In this Channel, i will be uploading:
-Transcriptions i write for different music pieces i love (either classical music, soundtracks or other compositions)
-Personal Compositions (either songs or instrumental compositions) / sorry about that - i have to pretend there is some creative aspect in my life even if it is just make belief for my own comfort
-Songs i love
(for some reason, not all my videos appear under the Channel's Home tab, but you can find them all under the Videos tab)

It is a great pleasure to listen to such beautiful and peaceful guitar music! Thank you! 🌹
Thank you for your words..
Wonderful👏👏
Thank you.. If you can also find the movie Orca to watch. It's great
Awesome!
Thank you
Greetings and thank you. That's a beautiful piece from an unexpected source. Great arrangement!
You are very kind to always comment my simple uploads.. Thank you and hope you are doing well... This is one of beloved movies
❤ Bravo,nice pure amazing
Absolutely awsome 👌
Thank you for your words -- take care
Could you share a TAB? I have learned lacrimosa, and this would be my second favourite! ❤
My friend, i have written it in notes. If interested, send me an email address i can use and i will reply with the pdf. Thank you for your words
το έχω στο repeat

Beautiful. You really commited to showing life in the melody. Did you write your transcription using the score or just memorized?.
Thank you. I've written by ear. Rarely do i use the original score. I prefer to transcribe by listening only in order to practice my ears also. Take care and thanks for watching
Excellent.
beautiful song.. Can you post the TAB of the song? i want to play it
Thank you for your words. Please send me an email at [email protected] and i will reply with the pdf
Bravo Nick
Thank you my friend. Glad you watched my video
Wow, that's really fast! Great work, Nikos, you rock! 🤘🎸🔥
Thank you Luu. It's not so fast compared to most piano players i've heard playing it on the internet. It's something less than 140 in this take. But of course, speed was not the priority. I just wanted to make it somewhat fun to listen
Thanks for making my day. It does make me ponder if any of the Bach family would have liked electrical instruments and amplification. lol
Thank you for watching. I like to think they wouldn't mind...Of course the baroque era instruments are always the best
Brutal!!!! Buen trabajo, me encanta esta pieza. 👏👏👏
Gracias mi amigo!!
Doesn't look "simple" at all, this is a great composition and it sounds really awesome, Nikos! If you do half as good in your master degree, you'll succeed without a doubt, jeje... Thanks for sharing, I'm happy you found the time to compose and to record this beautiful song 😊 Good luck with your studies!
Thank you Luu. Glad you liked it. I see you manage to upload pretty often. I need to keep up..😅
Always happy and grateful for a new upload. As always, thank you for sharing. You play beautifully. Best of success in your studies also!
Thank you.. It is just a simple idea. A friend borrowed me this ukulele and i tried to compose something for it.. I hope you are fine
Thank you for this new video. Ukulele music is also pleasant to listen to. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year 2024 and good luck in your master's. :)
Thank you Christine. I hope you have a happy 2024 as well with your loved ones. I am trying with my Masters but having a job that takes most of my day (i come home night every day) and growing older makes it a bit harder.. I am not 20 years old anymore and i start to feel it.. Let's see what happens..
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 THANKS! I think we are all in the same situation with regard to age, I hope you manage to combine your work and your desire to continue studying as best as possible. Good luck! :)
@@christinebordes9991 Thank you. It is nice to keep studying as it keeps you a little bit motivated. Motivation is important to keep alive as you grow older. It is not a given for me.. Sometimes, i just want to lay down..
Beautiful. Your version, especially from 1:54, gave me the strength for today. Thank you!
Thank you. I am happy you enjoyed. Take care
good job and good choice
Thank you. Nice cat
thank you! @@nikosalexopoulos6542
That's so awesome a department store like thomann sells their own lutes and at decent prices. it sounds so nice. I too favor 7 course lute.
Yes you are right. They are of good value
If its from the Cantrella series, Stolen lute plans from a small startup French company.
Thank you my friend. Please give me your email and i will send it to you
Could you share the TAB? I hope one day to learn the introitus to dedicate it to my cat who died 3 months ago. In fact, I bought a guitar to distract my mind. greetings from Chile.
Please send me an email address i can use - alternatively you can send me a message to the [email protected] and i will reply with the pdf - sorry to hear about your baby cat
Your playing is not mediocre in the least! It is vital and exciting.
You are too kind. Thank you. Hope all is good in Canada
Wow! Great fast playing! Your skills got even better 👍
Thank you. Happy you enjoyed the piece. Paco Pena is amazing. I tried my best, hope the end result is acceptable
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 acceptable and quite enjoyable 🙂
@@eriknovak9360 Thank you my friend
Beautiful
Thank you my friend. My playing is very mediocre but i love this piece and i needed to try my take. Take care
iOlé! iQué sorpresa! Das ist ja mal was ganz neues, seit wann spielst du Flamenco?!? Mega gut!!! 👍👍👍
Ja, ich habe Rasqueados, Golpe, Alzapua und 5-Beats-Tremolo (p, i, a, m, i) zusammen mit der normalen klassischen 4-Gitarre (p, a, m, i) geübt.
this is incredibly awesome man~ I would kill to have your talent, ar at least the tabs
Thank you for your words. If you give me an email, i will send you the pdf
Could be more danceable.....and inflected 😮
Awesome! Ave Maria.
Gorgeous transcription. Thank you as always for sharing.
Thank you. I love the entire soundtrack of Lion King. Especially the track Remember
Great arrangement and wonderful interpretation. I'm not sure if I knew the song, but it's very beautiful! Thanks for the inspiration :)
Thank you for watching. I suggest you listen to the whole soundtrack from Hans Zimmer. You will like it😊
Thanks, I will give it a go :)
This title is my favorite and you interpret it wonderfully well. I hope you're doing well! :) I saw on your previous video that you also play the lute remarkably well.
Thank you. I think most of us grew up with these classic disney movies, so we all love them. The lute i play just a little bit. I need to practice but it is very interesting and i like its sound and everything baroque related
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 They are also so beautiful these instruments. Looking forward to hearing you again on baroque. Bonne nuit! :)
@@christinebordes9991 Thank you - i think instruments are a piece of art in themselves - i just like to watch them sometimes. Merci et bonne nuit
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 Just looking at these instruments is in itself a real delight. Maybe one day you will play this piece. There are so many beautiful themes from Romeo and Juliet by different composers, but I've always found this title from Rota to be the prettiest. kzread.info/dash/bejne/dmyks5eSYJTcZ6g.html
Beautiful, as always. Your skills are inspiring, and your posts are always a treat!
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to watch the video
That is amazing.❤
Thank you
Muito bom parabéns 👏
Thank you my friend
Nice, cool performance, I like the approach of playing Bach in unconventional ways on non-historical instruments! I never heard of Yngwie and Uli Roth, but I just listened to Yngwie Malmsteen's Bach paraphrase and Roth's interpretation of Bach's Air, great stuff, thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you. I recommend listening to Sky Overture from Uli and if you want his whole transcedental guitar album
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 Thanks for the recommendation, I just listened to the Overture, sound really epic!
This is a great and very guitaristic arrangement of a beautiful song, and very nice performance! I didn't know that song and I never saw that movie, but I read your comment and I do understand those nostalgic feelings. Movies, music, woods, nice conversations... and playing the guitar, but I a tiny little bit of love shouldn't be too much to ask for, too, right?😋
Wow, impressing, sounds wonderful! Nice performance! Is it more difficult to play it on the lute or guitar? Looks like there were no frets, but I guess I just can't see them on the video, right? Did you have to cut your nails to play the lute?
There are frets. You can play with nails but they can't be too long. Also you cannot play too hard as the lute will buzz. It is a bit harder than the guitar for me
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 Ah, interesting, I've never played a lute, but it sounds so beautiful!!!
Bravo Nikos, love the lute! Keep going!
Thank you Fulvio -- i hope you have a nice summer back in beautiful Italy
😘🪕🎹
Greetings from Canada! As always, thank you for sharing your music making - and bravo!
Oh Canada! Which city are you from? Thank you for your comment
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 Have lived in Toronto and Montreal and am now in Halifax
@@KMHill Very nice. I always wanted to visit but never managed. Maybe in the future. Do you also speak French?
@@nikosalexopoulos6542 Only if I've been drinking, haha
@@KMHill If i am drinking, i might even speak Chinese, haha.. I think Canada must be beautiful, and they say that the quality of life is pretty good.. Of course the grass is always greener... but i believe in the case of Canada, it must be true.. Happy to hear from you
Bravo Nikos!
Thank you Fulvio. Just a simple idea of a melody
Thats very nice, do you have tabs ?
Thank you. Please send me an email to [email protected] and i will revert with the pdf
Great. Do you have the notes?
Thank you. Please send me an email at [email protected] and i will revert with the notes
Needed this after how the day whooped my a##.. Some soulfeed..
Thank you. I feel the same. Coming back from work, and trying to fill as much time as possible playing or listening to music. Just to escape for a while... and next day again back to the routine...
I'm a huge movie fan but have not re-watched Gattaca in very many years. I loved it when I first saw it, so it must be time to revisit it. Nyman has written so many great scores. It is always a treat when you post a video. I admire your playing very much. I also find your comments in the description very moving. Those things should indeed be more than enough after all these years. I hope you are well. Thank you for sharing your playing.
Thank you for your comment and it's good to feel i can share something with a friend from afar. I am happy that i reminded you of this film. It is a good opportunity to watch it again. Maybe i will too. We were once kids and some of us just never wanted to grow up. Not to kill our inner child, i guess.. This music is part of that inner child for me. Take care
Doesnt sound like the right key
