  So many of these aren't actually war crimes 1. Killing fleeing enemies isn't a war crime 2. Flamethrowers aren't a war crime 6. Invading a country isn't a war crime 7. Breaking a treaty isn't a war crime 8. "Wage attack warfare" that's not a thing 10. Those aren't terrorists 11. And they aren't doing terrorism 16. Not hors de combat nor surrendering, thus legitimate targets 17. Absolutely legitimate targets

  i dont understand the point of the video it was made pretty clear by the entire series that the republic is not "good guys" they literally BECOME the empire. They were always the empire, they just stopped hiding it when palpatine took over.

  Wouldn’t all inhuman killings of droids and killing defenseless droids be waved since they aren’t humans at all and thus have no protection under the Geneva conventions, it would be akin to destroying military equipment
