@Berkkaplandesign, thank you for this short, I've been following your channel for a little while now, going through some of the videos, and honestly, thank you so much for putting this sort of information on KZread, please continue! I'm in high school, and similar to your story I also am very interested in becoming a future car designer, unfortunately at the moment I can't get into your course yet but I was hoping if maybe you could post some footage of you sketching like this, I'm still trying to learn how to really sketch, and get away from drawing, so far your videos have been of great help, thank you so much! I would love to be able to study the way you draw more, similar to this video and some of your others as well.

did you find that generally your salary increased or decreased when you became a freelancer?
ipad pencil sensitivity is not working when I use Vizcom. I do however have the free version. Do I have to get the monthly membership in order to get this feature? @berk

I have a question, how many people do usually work in a car design studio on only one project? Why do I ask this, because I want to know if when I will become a car designer I will be able to work alone and create my own schetches and 3D models or we will be like 3 or 4 designers, all working on only one car, agruing over ideas as what looks better and stuf.

Which design programs do you use? I also design cars (mainly sports cars) because I want to have that as a profession later, but I actually only use paper, pencil and a pen... And I think you can work that out better with online programs.

I wish Social Media and you were around in the early 1990s when I was considering studying Automotive Design @ Art Center in Pasadena CA … I ended up working as a Packaging Engineer at Mazda’s R&D facility in Irvine CA and made a short career of it until the advent of the DotCom boom happened and I ventured into website development … but VERY fascinating stuff you talk about … admire your openness and honesty about LIFE as well … good luck in all you do and God Bless!!! 🙏

when I go to extrude after mirroring it, they both go right. What I would like, is for one side to go left and the other side to go right. I'm trying to make a tire and my tires Tred runs the same way it's not a left and right sided tire Tred. if you know what I mean all I want to do is make the perfect Coker 520 tire and my Tred runs the same way but when I add a mirror my Tred ends up left and right, but let's say I got the Tred to be the right way now when I extrude it both sides go right instead of left and right need some help with that Thanks

What do you want to do? MBA sounds like a business qualification. He's talking about car design.
I have a talent for design and drawing, but I have not studied this field. I want to become a designer. How can that be? I do not have enough information because I am in a country that does not manufacture cars.
Practice, practice, practice. Look at cars and study them and see what you like about them. Watch youtube videos.

Design is not about sketching cars/bikes etc , it's a whole seperate course like engineering,.

so, you worked a lot of companies, will design studio allow you to do 3d modeling for your creative reference, how much time line will be given for a project, can you show some aerodynamic design ideas what in your mind, simply do a video of do's and don't as of your experience and a mock up video of how design studio and designers day will be.

That’s true. I am an Industrial designer, footwear designer and want to go in Automotive design now. All corporates are the same and limiting. I stopped submitting my designs to the company after 3 years of no increases in remuneration and the bosses made me starve and humiliated me. I have been evicted, tonight I typing this in the dark with my rent not covered. But deep inside I know I made the best decision. Imagine designer a shoe that makes millions and I don’t even make anything close to that?
Everything will be alright 👍. Try jobs at startups or upcoming companies that gives emphasis on design
