  I had the same problem but managed to fix it. Apparently the reason this was happening for me was because the HDMI and DisplayPorts I was using either weren't compatible or couldn't push the right amount of hertz. My monitor is capable of 144Hz and I was using cables that could only push 60Hz, resulting in this flickering problem.

  Did you resolve this? I have the same computer with the same issue. I have replaced the mother board, swapped different monitors, cables, power cables, and everything else I could think of. It won't stop.

  Brad Scott it has something to do with the hertz on the screen

  Hey John, Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same desktop with dual monitors. I constantly have the flicker. It's all day! My windows do the exact same thing as you described. Any resolution?
