Looks good. Trouble with flat designs is that they won't stay closed when set down. Perhaps a snap closure at the midpoint? Cheers! Falcon☕

Thank you for the pattern! I made one yesterday in dark brown pull up leather. Really like it! I did put my Victorinox compact in the larger left pocket and the flashlight in the right one tho. Seemed better to me.

Hi Stoyan, I see you always burnish each piece individually before assembly. What is the purpose of doing that, especially on the outer edges, if you sand them and burnish them again once sawn together? Looking forward to buy one of your wallets, they look fantastic, I just have to decide which one 😁

I burnish only the top side of the pieces before assembly where I don't glue them. :)

@@falconleathergoodssorry I've not been online, 8:55 (I think) when you load up the pouch, there's a kink on the back area where you put the cards (the back of the knife and torch sections). It's a great looking piece and I'd like to have a go at making one, so I'm curious before I do.

I watched this again after I built one. I didn't use a pattern, but just winged it as I went along, and it shows. Mine is not as clean and refined, but it's not horrible. Again, good job on yours. Looks great!

I've seen others use an elastic for the pen loop but those always wear out. I like your idea and I love how you incorporated it into the fold-around layer. Great project. Going to make one this weekend!

Thanks! Yes, this is a Pioneer in the video. I do make custom sizes of these leather sheaths to fit any flashlight/knife. About the Pdf pattern - there are 2 sizes included (The bigger one will be better for a Boker trapper/canoe).
