That speech right there, atop that SUV, is the clearest sign that those are the rumblings of a very dangerous, mentally unhinged person, who can easily make this country burn, because of his own personal insecurities and ambitions. He's fixated on using force to come out as "the winner" at any cost to country and self. *Is that a position which can be held by a mentally sound rational person?!* The emphatic answer is - *No!* First off, this is not about "winning" at all; it's about the survival of our country. And we have a collective duty to help maintain normalcy in our country regardless of our ranks in it. Ruto, apparently, doesn't think so. He wants to "win". If he can't get his way, then he wants to destroy the country for everyone else. That, is a sick person's preserve.. *Ruto needs to be immediately institutionalized and put under 24/7 surveillance of competent Clinicians. To be exact, he sorely needs the intervention of Clinical Psychiatrists.* He is a real and present danger to society. He is living in a fantasy, fact-free, make-believe world, where he sees himself as a kind of "God-chosen, all-powerful guardian" of everybody else. That's not the case, though. He has a bad case of the Messianic Syndrome. One has to be bonkers, off kilter and completely delusional to worsen an already bad situation with careless talk. And it seems he will stop at nothing in his quest to destroy this beautiful country with his imbecilic intransigence. He has a completely atrophied sense of danger. *God gifted us all the sense of danger for a reason. Fear is a survival instinct. But looking at Ruto, you can see a suicidal person in a death spiral. He wrongly believes that he is more powerful than he is in reality.* In his desperation to appear tough and on top the situation, he's only digging his hole deeper and endangering everybody.
