  I tracked this down to December 12, 2003 at the House Of Blues in Las Vegas. A huge key was Phil around 27 minute mark saying it was Hank's birthday that night and that they were playing songs from A Lethal Dose Of American Hatred.

  I was at the Dallas show that was recorded. Was insane. They had a video camera in the middle of the pit and was a circle pit circling it the whole show. Like a month later I was in Deep Ellum again and ran into Kevin Bond and Hank at the bar.I had a super joint shirt in and some dude said nice shirt and it was Kevin Bond.
