    I had no idea any of this was going on. Holy moly. I have enjoyed the fact that I can shop in CW and not have to travel. It use to be an every other year trip now I get to see it weekly. My family appreciate all that you guys do. We love the community that you have built sorry for the negativity that a sale caused. Please take care of you and your family. That's the most important thing.

    I’m so sorry to hear what happened and how you have been treated. People should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve shopped with FPE for just over a year and recently became a member. The amount of dedication and hard work that FPE puts in with everything they do is amazing. I tried several personal shoppers previously and had been ripped off with prices and ridiculous high shipping costs to the UK. FPE are extremely trustworthy and put their customers first. I will not shop with anyone else now and appreciate everything they do. Dave, Jen, Bella, Heidi, and Quill keep doing what you guys do best at.

    FPE is a hard working, family business that goes above and beyond what anyone else would do! Jen and Dave do everything they can to make it right, I would never shop with anyone else but them. Keep doing what you’re doing FPE!! Live shopping for Disney merch wasn’t even a thing before FPE. You are the Best and no one can say different!

    Money is really the root of all evil and it makes people show their worst selves. I’m so sorry that people are berating you and being hateful after years of your dedication. It’s sickening, truly. I’m newer to shopping with you guys and I appreciate that you make all of us feel important when it comes to finding merch for us. Heck, Jen took a whole nearly 10 minutes in Universal making sure I got the placement I wanted on a wallet and that’s VIP service right there, even as a basic shopper and not a member. I have been very grateful to watch the livestreams even when I can’t shop or participate live, even the replays and just enjoying the magic of Disney since it’s so hard for me to even get to America, let alone into Disney. It just shows some people have become very entitled because in my opinion if they want the same deal, they can very well go on the lines in the blistering heat and carry heavy merchandise for hours on end. At the end of the day, it’s a luxury service and you truly don’t have to cater to every single person but you do anyways! So excited for your growth, and I really hope you all stick around because the community is amazing. I think the more of a following you get the more haters come along..… Even Jesus was the most perfect person and so many hated him and I really wish that wasn’t the nature of human beings but sadly it is. I do hope it looks up because I want to watch the streams, they make my day better.

    Sorry this happened to you Dave & Jen! Love watching and seeing what is there and requesting pickup for what I would like. Very odd that people would think this discount was like a group discount in grand total total...I mean I took it as each person shopping hit individual tier totals for the appropriate additional discount percentage. Just like each of us were actually shopping at the store adding our own items up in our shopping basket. Thank you for doing what you do for us as it is a WAY better deal than paying for a plane ticket say once a month just to fly down and shop there ourselves! You are appreciated!

    I am so blessed I found this channel on my own 2 years ago. I been with FPE for a long time. I never been done wrong. Merch always packed with extra care, and when something broke they fixed it with proof I sent in email. When something I am looking for I do ask every time cause you never know when that item returns, or what comes through that door. I would ask to be patient with Jen and Dave, this is their job, it's not easy, it's like working retail, and with so many orders it's hard to keep track. Jen and Dave work very hard to get merch, make sure it don't get rained on, and into a building, later on packaged. They have a life too out side of work, they take care of their house, family, friends, some of there outing is on live stream. For shopping Orlando this is only one I watch and shop with. Also, I am going to add community those who I talk to typing in live stream are very nice, and I have not met them in person. Heck, Dave and Jen, when I asked a question, they answer when they can, I know there are so many of us in live stream, sometimes comments can be missed, I just type it again ,and all is well in the end. I may not been there from the beginning, I was close, I been watching this channel since then. I don't plan on going anywhere, I am here to say. Heidi, Thank you all you do, you take pictures, shop, grab merch, taking orders, and keeping it out of the rain. I don't know, I can't speak for Jen and Dave, Bella may hear about what is happening, she has feelings too. This is about her parents Dave and Jen. I don't know what's going on all he way only hearing from Dave on here, I gather that Bella, Jen, Dave, Heidi, and all others involved blindsided, this can feelings are high, cause this can hurt business, and feelings can hurt as well. I know I am hurt, shock, and sadden to hear this. Just know "We" Kodros and I are FPE community, We stand with FPE, we are FPE strong. Jen, Dave, Bella, Heidi, and to all, sorry this happened, hang in there. Hugs, Vanessa and Kodros

    Being a member for almost 2 years, I can say for a fact you guys have always gone above and beyond to help bring the Disney magic to everyone. I remember when character warehouse wasn’t even apart of the shopping streams, we are all very grateful to have them now. I hate that people are attacking you guys because of a misunderstanding. FPE is such an amazing community and I am so happy to be apart of this amazing family. We love and appreciate you Dave, Jen and Bella. As well as Heidi and the Mods 💕

    FPE has a great setup with live shopping. It is what has me tuning in most days. I'm not sure the discount thing was handled in the best way, but personally, that wasn't an issue with me. I shop with many different personal shoppers for many different reasons and will continue to do so. Name calling is uncalled for on both ends. Integrity isn't about what is thrown at you but how you choose to handle things. Your customers are what keeps your business going, so it's important to keep them reasonably happy. A few cents issue shouldn't be a dis to your customers. My opinion is just mine, but 30% across makes sense and cxl SG shopping at cw on these days. Make SG wishlist only where you can monitor it better. Or go into another store like the other day. That way, you don't have to cxl your whole stream for days. That's losses for everyone. Otherwise, your shoppers will go somewhere else if they dont feel valued. You are awesome for offering this service, and it should be mutual respect to returning customers as they are your business. It's managing expectations in the end. You won't please everyone, but if you're getting this much flack, something is off. Again, I personally had no dog in the discount fight. I think I ordered one thing and wasn't concerned even after knowing. My issue is whatever is going on with shipping. I've been super patient and trying to be understanding. I even keep shopping because I'm trusting in your process. It wasn't always this bad. However, I can relate to this frustration, too. I understand delays and everything, but you have to keep the same energy with shipping as you do for payments. Set realistic expectations to manage negative feedback. State it's 2 to 3 months of delay getting orders out unless..... announce this before during and closing each steam until caught up. I know it wasn't always this way, but you can not get upset about customers being upset when this is the reality. All I've said is from love because I do think you have a great thing going. Just own it and fix the broken pieces 💔 ❤ I'll still be watching and shopping as I believe this is not the best current look and I know just temporary circumstances 🙏🏽 I hope you and every disney loving adult continues to many more magical days together 🥰

    Dave and Jen, I know I personally appreciate all that you do for myself and the community. You always go out of your way to ensure we get our merch that we see. Being up here in Canada and not venturing down to Florida very often, I say I'm blessed when I see something I like for myself of family members, I can ask you to get it for me.     I know this because I met you all at a meet up last December. You are genuinely GOOD people. I extended my trip just to meet you because I enjoy you and had lots of fun. I think you try to do too much but that's not for me to say because I don't know your finances and needs. I think of the phrase "never talk business at the table" . You are running a legitimate business and trying to make it light and fun. Maybe that's the problem for some. I don't know. Do you separate "business" streams vs "social" streams.??? I have always considered you as friends before business so I don't have an jssue. But do newcomers see it that way?? I can go on but I already wrote a short novel. I'm always available to talk if you ever want to bounce ideas. Take a deep breath 😊

    The company/community you built is amazing. I can see what each side would say but when it comes down to it. The way you came around it, honoring the store discount as the store did, was reasonable to me. If I didn't spend the right amount, I really didn't care about the discount. Like you said it's pennies in the long run. I looked at it as a tip to the company for Jen going out there and battling the crowds to get merch for us.

    As a member of only a couple of weeks, I am very sorry to hear that people can be SO cruel to a family who clearly puts their heart and soul into this business. People should feel blessed to get such personal attention each and every time you go on the air. I live in Florida too but can't always get up to Orlando so you give people like me with a disability access to places I can't go anymore. Ignore the naysayers and please listen to the people who are grateful for your help and services. You truly are a window to the Walt Disney World Community for many of us! Thank you for opening your hearts and home and for doing something you truly love for others!

    You said it at the end of the mini stream, if you don’t want to shop with FPE anymore then don’t. No one is forcing them to watch the channel and shop. They can leave and cut their losses (of $2.00). As a person who mainly ninja watches and has purchased one item so far, from what I see from Dave, Jen, Bella, and Heidi, you all are genuine and fair. Each one of you bust your tails for everyone who watches and buys the items they can’t be there in-person to buy. I’d like to see these complainers run a business and please every single customer. Keep doing the excellent job that all of you have done and will continue to do.

    So sorry Dave & Jen this has happened. I don’t shop like others cause I will never get to the parks again, but I love watching. I can only do so much, but I love my treats that Jen gets for me & I appreciate it so much. I hope cause I can’t shop like many that you know I’m still a client & friend. You are right that you can’t please everyone. It has to be frustrating for you cause I know you enjoy helping us all.

    I understood the rules ..and if I didn’t get one so what?! Over a couple of bucks?! I worked in an outlet and people would freak out over a $5.00 pair of pants that were $50 originally..making sure they got another $2.00 off ..seriously
