0:33 You can see another car(Zhou in specific) trying to pass the pair, so i guess thats what made Ocon rush his move on Verstappen. A usual situation when traffic is getting tight at the end of Q1 usually

He isn’t an f1 WDC but that doesn’t mean he was t a damn good driver before his accident. Saying people are world champions just because they got close is useless. Instead see that they were very good but someone else was a bit better or luckier but luck is always a part of sport so that is unnecessary. I think it is bad sportsmanship from Massa to try to revoke the results so many years after the event

Lewis Hamilton and his fans are just so spoiled and stupid to understand, 2021 chamhionship wasn't manipulated. The race director made the wrong decision which was "Lapped cars will not overtake.", when there were 3 laps to go and the circuit was clear to race. When Redbull asked and protested why did the race director made this stupid decision it was to late to correct the wrong decision he made 1 lap ago. He just tried to clean or correct the mess, mistake and shit he created by the wrong decision he made. In any normal and natural race we would not had heard the phrase: "lapped cars willnot overtake.". The race wasn't manipulated, it was Michael Masi the racing director, understand the contraversy he created and correcting it by breaking the rules. If you think, it would have been natural and normal to race behind the safety car or not to allow the cars to unlap themselves, when there were 3 laps to go, you are not an F1 enthusiast for a long time. You are just a rookie F1 or motorsports fan.

Better ambassador who is still salty so many years later because he didn’t win the WDC. Yes he was close and yes he was a very good driver but the reality is that he lost and you can’t punish everyone for what 1 team did. Should the 2019 season be removed because Ferrari cheated in most races by having higher fuel flow than was allowed but cheated the sensor(the sensor is there for control but even if the sensor clears them it is still illegal because the rules didn’t state you had to have a reading of the sensor of x fuel flow but that the actual fuel flow couldn’t be above x.

Timo Glock was in a worse car and on much worse tires. If Timo had been on other tires that means he would have pitted and already been behind Lewis. Do you want f1 to be a race between 2 cars so less people can interfere unwillingly? Yes what a fun sport that would make

Here is an idea. Put him on a corner for a race. To get a racing licence inn some club level series, it is a requirement to be on station for a day so that you can learn about what the flaggers look out for and how a race day and different types of sessions operate. I wouldn't call it a punishment, but more of a learning exercise.

he did slow down, just not enough. Well deserved penalty, a bit lenient even. On the other hand, this is again mainly a big FIA fuck up, they're all lucky no one died. How in the hell is a car blocking have a racetrack, in monaco of all places, with marshalls on it, not an inmediate red flag? What are they expecting, to have a safety car and the other 19 drivers go thrhough that gap while they work on it? Just after a blind corner, even if Victor had slowed down even more, had someone died it would've been the FIA's fault, for again, waiting too long to bring obvious flags out.

Here we go again.. Just mindlessly blaming the FIA again. Just like with gasly in japan. Double waved yellows means slow down and be able to stop immediately. Immediately. If idiots like Martin's would respect those flags than the situation would be perfectly safe. But sure, let's not blame the one blatantly ignoring the rules, let's blame the FIA again.

  • @Marco-vp8wl

With only single-yellow, you usually don't slow down that much, this is mostly on the fia imo. The should introduce something like a code60 on the 24h nordschleife, especiall when letting marshalls out. It's crazy to think that Hamilton could have 9 World Championships if he hadn't messed up in the last few laps in 2007, and he wasn't robbed by Michael Masi in 2021.. Still absolutely mindboggled by what all took place that night and how Masi was a smart ass about it on the radio after. Couldn't believe what was happening at the end of the race and how Hamilton handled the whole situation afterward was amazing. I don't think many people would have been able to do the same after getting robbed by someone of the record breaking 8th championship. I hope Hamilton gets another shot at the 8th title, but it's not looking good for Mercedes at the moment. Red Bull are just too far ahead of everyone in the new regulations, hopefully others can catch up within the next year or two and make it interesting again. Hamilton deserves an 8th world championship and the record! It's not fair that one man basically changed rules on the fly and stole his title away from him.
