can anyone who has passed the exam comment on difficulty of these questions versus what we see on the exam? are these easier? for some reason these seem to make way more sense than on study hall and I am finding I am doing way better here.

Very good and valid video. I am in a group project for college and we were given a problem. One of things is to figure the causes of the probem and our teacher told us that fishbone diagrams were used for causes of problems but i didn't know how to make one. This video saved me big time. Appreciate it man👍👍

Are the questions on the exam comparable to these questions? After taking a 40+ hour PDU course and studying for two months i am doing the 100/150/200 Q's Videos. I find these rather easy and straightforward. Folks, Please let me know... my exam is schedule about a month out in July. Much appreciated!

Hello David, well presented, if a bit fast. I've set up everything EXACTLY as you've shown and im stuck on the formula for the bars. Argh! =IF(K$4=($F6-WEEKDAY($F6 2)+1),"u","") - what is wrong with this?

I passed my exam with 3 ATs couple of weeks ago and one of things that really helped me was David's sample questions. Of all the different set of sample questions I attempted, David McLachlan's questions were the closest to the actual exam. Not too hard and not too easy, very situational based. Thank you so much David McLachlan for putting this together. For all those out there planning to give their PMP exam, please do attempt questions from this video and the other one which has 200 agile questions. Best of luck!!!!

I had lots of trouble adding the milestone diamonds. What I finally figured out is that the formula David uses, the "+1" portion of the formula means that it applies to week starting dates on Mondays. Mine was set up to start on Fridays simply because I created my sheet on a Friday. Monday=1 Tuesday=2 Wednesday=3 Thursday=4 Friday=5 I updated my formula to: =IF(H$3=($D6-WEEKDAY($D6,2)+5),"u","") and the diamonds appeared. Similarly, I could have changed my week starting date to a Monday and used the formula as written.

Just now cleared my pmp exam..I have been studying for 4 weeks and everyday i used to go through this video, the waterfall 100 questions and pmbok7 150 questions..I went through all the questions multiple times and I must say this is the best resource available. The exam is 90% situational questions and almost all questions felt like testing the concepts told in these videos. Yes, the difficulty level is also similar. For anyone trying to crack this exam, please forget about everything else and go through these videos time and again. Add to that practice drag and drop questions and that will be all..No need to go through pmbok7, study hall. Instead spend more time in listening to why David is choosing an option and not the others. Thanks a lot David for the content you are creating. At one point during the test i was feeling like you were speaking to my ears in eliminating options🫡🫡

Thank you David for the effort you invested in list of questions. it was great help for me, I could clear PMI-ACP today in first attempt it self. Your list of questions and explanation really helped me to understand low level details of scenarios questions, and to crack the exam. for those who are looking for any Agile certifications these questions are a go to list, you must review content and a positive result is guaranteed.

I had it in just 4 days. Purchase prep questions, which PMI sells. Solve them all. For incorrect answers, write all of them and the logic behind the correct answers. Record your voice and listen to it when you sleep. Finish these around 500 questions (15x15 mini exam + 175x2 Mock Exam), then jump into the exam and have your certificate.

Regarding question 56 - according to page 75 in the 7th edition of the PMBOK guide, the RFI is also considered a bid document, in addition to the RFP and RFQ. The answer should have been D. The other three options are bid documents and should therefore have been eliminated as options as per the language in the question.

I believe the answer to this question is to raise a change request if as per my understanding fuctional manager and marketing manager are not same.

I'm halfway through this video preparing for my PMP exam, great video, thank you very much, David. Can someone explain the logic behind question 84 to me ( 3:01:00). I Picked A but the answer was C. You have been identified as a stakeholder on an Agile software development team. As you join the team stand-up, you are surprised that there are only eight people on the team and not more - after all the deliverable is quite large. Why is the team so small? A) The Agile methodology is being trialled as a cross-discipline self-forming team. B) One person was selected for each role necessary, and no more. C) Agile methods recommend the delivery team to be 12 or fewer members D) Agile methods call for very specialized roles. My thought process is Agile is all about self-organization and making sure you have a proper team, therefore, if the team is sufficient with 8 members, so be it. I understand Agile recommends teams to be less than 12 members, but picking that as an answer to why we have only 8 members seems like an easy way out. if I'm getting the agile methodology right, it's never about 'that's the rule'. I'm curious to hear what you guys think
