  Why don't you cut multiple wedges at one time? you can even lay the fabrics in order as they would be sewn, & use the "assembly line" method (or as some call it, "chain-piecing"). Goes soo much faster!!

  I do like this one plus the other larger one, i am not sure if the 16.5in templates will do both of these also does it come with patterns I am in the UK so is price including shipping

  I don't have plastic templates but made the double wedding ring block (lap size/wall-hanging) recently. There's a few little challenges but I used paper cardboard templates copied from plastic ones. To achieve the arch, it's simply a matter of one end being wider than the opposite end, by a small margin. I used Eleanor Burns ideas from her "EGG MONEY QUILTS" video found on KZread. Hope that can inspire & help you.

  @@searchfamilies I wanted to do it for awhile, so I got E. Burns book, I mentioned. Bought it 2nd hand & God blessed me with a NEW BOOK, when I paid for "Acceptable"! So many patterns & some cardboard templates! $2 + shipping! So watch for such things. And/or borrow a book from a friend. Happy Sewing

  @@TheStaffOfLife Thank you I have the book as i have a lot of Eleanor Burns books, when i saw this for before watching the video I thought a plate or something cicular for that part not sure I will have watch it a few times

  ​@@searchfamilies hey...so you also have Ms. E. Burns "Egg Money Quilts" book...great! Hope you can try your hand at making the arches. If I had the equipment, I'd do a detailed video tutorial how to cut & sew them together. Honestly, as I had stated, it's simple (but possibly not "easy", for some, anyway)... but I know I was intimidated at first myself, however I am somewhat of a new quilter & a novice, and I was able to do it. So maybe a good rating for it would be "advanced beginner". Let me make you aware of something... there are templates for the wedges & arch in the back of her book, made of hard paperboard, which can be pressed from the pages...plus several others for patterns in that book. Happy Sewing!

  You always make beautiful and intricate items. I hope to one day be skilled and courageous enough to make more of them.😘 And I'm not fussed about table shape....these are beautiful enough to be made anyway...and even in every shape and colour to compliment every table❤❤

  I prefer whichever fits the table. I have octagonal tables, half round tables, rectangular, and square. So, no preference really. I will say I'm very slow at making curved items.😕
