    That's another superb video today. I love the drone shots. It's also good to see some New Holland Blue Power working hard in the fields down under, too. Proving it's not all Fendt and John Deere's doing the work..

    Saw my first fends tractor last year. In South east Texas. I thought I had seen every kind that was running in the area but I guess I was wrong. Next thing you know I will see a new holland combine in a rice field. The world has changed a lot since the 70s then it was case & John Deere mainly a few Oliver and whites but now as you drive down the road you see new holland kubota even saw a challenger things do change

    So a 185 is big enough for that beast of a potato harvester... interesting.

  • @leonbystrzanowski
    @leonbystrzanowski29 күн бұрын

    My thoughts exactly. However if you look closely at the 5.00min mark the harvester has it's own power plant. Be interested on how powerful motor is if anyone knows. 🤔

  • @LaneMoir
    @LaneMoir28 күн бұрын

    A Lockwood air machine like that will usually have a 4 cylinder Cummins power unit to run the fan. The harvester takes very little horsepower and 150 will easily run it

  • @krhagene
    @krhagene28 күн бұрын

    @@LaneMoir But a 4cyl 6R 150 probably doesn't have the weight to handle it? I wasn't as much thinking of power as weight. But interesting info

    I worked on a farm that grew a large acreage of organic carrots years ago and wondered how and where they got all their carrot seed from. Now, I have an answer for that question after watching this. There's more involved in producing seed than I thought. Thanks for the great video.

    That’s a nice looking little tractor very small but it gets it gets the job done good for a small Micky Mouse farmer’s but too small really to be practical for large farms now a days especially here in Canada
