  Nice park for the homeless and the 2 events a year (wild splash and blues festival) ....What a waste of money. The city should have built something like John's pass along the water front with bars and restaurants to actually attract people. And the library is wasted space that no one uses. That size library in 2021 is crazy, turn that building into an indoor multi buisness and suites building. Safety harbor has a better downtown and they have no space.
