    I mean saying it works at the right time in the right situation applies to every strike from every martial arts. Mauy Thai is amazing but realistically they’re plenty of strikes that just aren’t worth the risk in a street fight especially if you aren’t comfortable with the fight going to the ground which slipping or getting caught in a bad position will lead to

    The chances of a Thai fighter slipping is actually slim to none they can kick on a canvas that people have been sweating on for hours without slipping over and I see like 1 slip ever few fights since they’re so used to it

    What do you recommend is good for conditioning ? Amateur homemade taught myself some kickboxing and Muay Thai moves , used to kick thin metal poles && punch sand for like an hour a day

    Depends for some people they just kick the bag. Others you roll and wooded stick against your shin of kick banana tree like the Thai fighters if you want tradition training.

    I learned to wrap my hands at about 16 watching this video, injured myself and fell out of training, just got back in at 24 and watching this again I’ve wrapped them sweet as a nut. Thank you brother.
