  that's a good size machine. i have an 8x4 machine and we make christmas decorations. i also own a boat and was curious if you could tell me what bit your using to cut this decking? i'd like to make my own flooring for my boat just to say i did and because i know how, just trying to source the correct bit. thanks

  Nice, what type of endmill/bit are you using? Feeds and Speeds? I've played around with some scraps of SeaDek but haven't found the right combination. The best result has been with a De-Burring bit, almost like rough grit sand paper. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

  I can cut it faster but then you have to cut it a second time to clean up the grain

  this is a non-skid foam backer so you can use it as a throw mat

  Because this material has a grain. if we cut it fast it doesn't cut clean and then we have to cut it a second time we save time by cutting it slower once

  We use various plunge bits up cut and down cut

  We use a number of down plunge bits with different shapes only one pass and then we change bits to a down cut and cut the Perimeter out
