Best thing to do is tell them you agree to pay the said amonnt of monies, after you receive the certain documents, however if you cant send them then there is no proof of debt. By saying this that tells them your not refusing to pay and its up to them now. If they cant provide proof then there is no debt. By doing this this removes any contrevsay, and this puts the debt collector into a corner.
The IRS DId STIPLULATE that the banks were not to take STIMULUS CHECKS If You Owe them ,
A collection agent buys uncollected charged off debts from banks. The debt has been discharged. You don't owe the debt collector anything as the charge off stays on your record for 7 years. Paying the collection company is a waste of time. They generally don't sue you. To sue, they have to personally serve you. They're most common tactic is call you to try to collect. They need to make contact with you by speaking to you personally before the collection procedure begins. Don't answer them. Don't call them. They're not going to sue you. You don't need to file bankruptcy. Walk away!

Not sure whose side he's on..its falsely reporting and should be a violation..its a vindictive practice by the creditor
I literally just spoke with a lady at Experian the other day and she flat out told me they forward the disputes to the debt collector. I was flabbergasted and asked her so you guys just take their word for it? The bureaus should be the ones responsible for consumer’s information being reported falsely or misleading

The more I’m looking into all these transactions the more I’m starting to realize I was never in control of my life but been manipulated into a game. I didn’t know the rules or didn’t know how to play but little by little. I’m learning .Great video 🙏

Q. I was foreclosed upon by us bank NA.. (was assigned in default) but they admitted under oath that the trustee doesn't collect money or forecloses on property!.. But rather cenlar the "servicer" does that but they denied doing so!.. Does us bank violate this provision.. They squarely admitted that they are not conducting the ligation!

The previous apartment I lived in sent my data to a debt collector, but they lied and said i didnt pay a $3000 fee for not giving a move out notice. I have a series of emails proving i not only gave my notice, but I did not have the intent to move out, i wanted to transfer to a larger unit. The emails prove the staff replied and said my transfer was posted and i would be able to move into the new unit. They later admitted to their mistake of not re-verifying my income and i was not approved for the new unit. With only days to move, i was almost left homeless with a 4 month baby, due to their incompetent communication and work ethic. (How do you post a transfer without verifying income? I emailed them many times asking if there is anything else i have to do to make sure it gets approved. They replied no.) 3 months later, i get an email from a debt collector saying i owe 3k for not giving a move out notice. The only "proof" they could provide is a copy of my lease, which does not prove i did not give a move out notice. I filed a complaint to CFPB with email attachments. The debt collectors replied and said their "client" said i did give a move out notice but now they lied about me not moving out on the move out date as stated on my lease. Their "proof" was a typed up document saying they will now charge me a reletting fee of $1500 for moving out late. I have proof i moved out on the date shown on my lease. I have pictures and videos of myself in the new home on the same night i moved out and its located 4 hours away. As well as my new lease which shows the move in date and my recorded call with the energy company which i had to walk around the property (located 4 hrs away) to find the meter. So this company is clearly committing fraud to get money and then selling my data and social to a debt collector. I made a second complaint to the CFPB and the debt collectors sent my lease and that faudulent typed up form again and asked me to send proof i gave my move out notice. As if i did not already provide the emails between myself and the staff proving my transfer notice and approval and also them saying there is NOTHING i have to do at this point...that would have been their window to say, "oh by the way this is not being taken as a move out notice so look out for that 3k fee coming your way.." This is fraud and identity theft. The only thing i can think of now is suing this debt collector. This is the company: Columbia Debt Recovery LLC, dba Genesis Any advise?
I got question but if you list those and give it the credit bureaus would that be helping them for example say you know about two but you got 10 , should you tell them about the 10 inaccuracies?

Both parties must be aware and agree to any recording. But if they agree hey that’s up to them they going to be more defensive

My landlord is harassing me to get rid of shelves I made. They are made of 2x4s and are floor to ceiling. I made them bc I couldn’t afford to buy shelves from a store. Now they want me to get rid of them. Can they do that? I failed my inspection bc of these shelves. Also if I get rid of my shelves, I don’t have money to get other shelves and store my things. I have a BFA in art and it holds all my art supplies etc. and getting rid of my shelves is a huge problem. Also I’ve had these shelves for 13 years and this is a new property manager who is making these demands saying I never got permission to put them up. Well I’ve had them up for 13 years and now it’s a problem?
Ive had an on time mortgage paynent for 20 years and just recently found the mortgage lien for the total amount listed on my transunion credit report. It's negatively impacting my score. I read that liens were not reported by the agencies after 2018 so why? Is this something that i can dispute?
If no one besides the attorney for the plaintiff shows up at a trial wouldn’t that case be dismissed since you can’t question them?

I received 50 text. What if at the bottom of the text it has a link to a "know your rights" page. They state their name in text and that they are a debt collector but never the any info will be used..... And never the amount. That too is in link to pay
