Hi everyone! I am Emily. My uncle Quy created this channel but he doesn’t have time to continue. He let me and my mom take over the Channel because we love to cook and wanted to share our cooking too.
The channel is now changed to Vietnamese Home Cooking because the recipes we made are based on our family’s traditional that passed down from my grandma to my mom and now, I learn them all from my mom.

    No one would eat imitation crab if they saw how it is made. Its nothing moret than fish goo they paint pink.

    I use lump crab and season with salt, pepper,garlic powder, parsley I also add thinly sliced green onions if I am low on funds I do use imitation crabmeat

    I watched a video on KZread how imitation crab is made‼️It is made with scrap fish and the process would turn your stomach 🤮🤮🤮 Don’t eat it ‼️

    I want to make crab Rangoon‘s with legit crab meat! I would never eat that fake crab stick other than at a Chinese restaurant where it is totally messed with cream cheese, and a bunch of sugar!!! I can’t even watch this to the end and knowing that you are using totally fake ingredients I have no idea why it would be so expensive??? I guess because people like it and they will get the money for it

    Dạ Con chưa bao giờ thử qua bột sắn nên cũng không chắc chắn là bột sắn nó có làm bánh mềm dẻo hay không, còn bột nếp giúp cho bánh mềm dẻo hơn và không bị khô khi để qua đêm nhưng nếu mình làm ăn liền trong ngày thì không có cũng được cô ạ. Con cảm ơn cô, chúc cô và gia đình luôn bình an sức và hạnh phúc vui vẻ ạ.
