Hi everyone! I am Emily. My uncle Quy created this channel but he doesn’t have time to continue. He let me and my mom take over the Channel because we love to cook and wanted to share our cooking too.
The channel is now changed to Vietnamese Home Cooking because the recipes we made are based on our family’s traditional that passed down from my grandma to my mom and now, I learn them all from my mom.

I use lump crab and season with salt, pepper,garlic powder, parsley I also add thinly sliced green onions if I am low on funds I do use imitation crabmeat

I watched a video on KZread how imitation crab is made‼️It is made with scrap fish and the process would turn your stomach 🤮🤮🤮 Don’t eat it ‼️

I want to make crab Rangoon‘s with legit crab meat! I would never eat that fake crab stick other than at a Chinese restaurant where it is totally messed with cream cheese, and a bunch of sugar!!! I can’t even watch this to the end and knowing that you are using totally fake ingredients I have no idea why it would be so expensive??? I guess because people like it and they will get the money for it
