Paying for the terrace and view mostly. Did not show the other bedrooms and baths. I would renovate everything in light colors, make it look even bigger. Does the building have a pool? lots of information missing for the price tag.

I didn't like the interior. It looked like it came all out of them brochure as for the job lot of marble looks awful locations is good no mention about parking. I guess the person who would buy it would just rip everything out and start again with a really good designer.

Apartments like this will sell easily.. people want to be in Monaco for one thing. The tax system.. so they'll buy into an apartment for 2 or 3 million just so they can claim they live there for 160 days+

I thought 2nd bedroom would keep high standard. For that money I would definitely expecting that. Other thing, balcony is on the noisy road. Apart of these the issues apartment is cramped in a walking spaces, kitchen small. What I like is overall high standard of deco. I know it's Monaco but think it's to pricy.
View is more and more blocked by new higher buildings. Everything should be low height there or higher building should be placed at the back far from coastal line. That dining area weird, and that huge step to go out weird, why..
the ONLY advantage of the flat is "so much" storage !
Too many high rises around this penthouse. You can't do anything without everyone seeing you. Through the windows, from their terraces, etc. people can see what you're doing. At that level of living? Privacy is of utmost importance. If you think, "just shut the curtains"? You don't know what this lifestyle of living demands.
