Not sure what you're referring to, so I'll just put both here. He does the move commonly known as the 'soccer kick' (qcb+4) on the grounded opponent first, then he does this string: taunt (1+3+4) into d/f+2,1. If you don't know the notations: 1 = left punch (square in PS4 controller) 2 = right punch (triangle) 3 = left kick (X) 4 = right kick (O) d = down f = forward b = back d/f = down-forward (simultaneously) d/b =down-back (simultaneously) qcb = quarter circle back, which means to press a quarter of the directional pad towards your 'back' in quick succession. If you are on the 1P side (left side on the screen), this is done by pressing down (d) then down-left (d/b) then left (b) in quick succession. If you are on the 2P side (right side), then you use the right button as your 'back' instead of the left button. (Note: similarly, 'qcf' means quarter circle forward, where you press the quarter circle towards your front instead of behind you.) The '+' simply means that you press the two (or more) buttons simultaneously. So, d/f+2 means that you press down-forward and the right punch button at the same time. Similarly, 1+3+4 means that you press the left punch, left kick, and right kick buttons at the same time. Hopefully this helps.
