  The cities looks like an upgraded version of the Lost City mod, i means is possible, I've seen old structures from other mods being spice up with other mods decorations blocks. and if this is like the Lost City mod, there are train tunnels and stations connecting all cities, and they also make a nice early base, specialy the tunnels that are opened to the wild

  @MrBeardstone there are several types of buildings you wanna hit up quick: 1. is the bank, the spirally sided one. there is a secret entrance to the basement on one of the sides (visible from the ground via a glass window). there is massive loot there. 2. is the police station, it has barbed wire on the top and has many guns, mainly in the basement (dont really bother to go up at first, just hit the basement and you are good). 3. is the hospital (has an 'H' mark on a part of it in the minimap. it has gapples! hope it finds you informative :)
