Yes. Dale jr is in this wave in the 88 car. It is definitely a hard one to find. I've only seen it once.
Have not seen any wave 11-wave 3 for 2023-2024 yet

As a nascar collector I want to know how rare is it to hit a jackpot of nascar authentics
It's not necessarily rare. I'd say it's mainly luck in walking in as soon as they restock.

Why do people forget Meijer sells diecast
It's always a mystery. I don't have any meijers near me, so maybe it's because it's only in certain parts of the US.

My walmart gives the throwback wave its own little area at the end of an isle just like the one my dad stops at in Bismark before he starts his 2 week shift in the fields on the west side of the state ND

If you check the back of the NASCAR diecast cars the regular ones not the winners circle ones you should check for the liquid color chase car because some do have the liquid color chase sticker on the card and others won't.
Yup, I'm always on the lookout for them. Best of my knowledge they put the liquid color sticker on the waves that are EL molds and they are not on the J/PTC mold waves.

Can I ask what the pricing is like for a typical 1:64 or 1:24 scale car?
For the 1:64 cars they range anywhere from $3 - $15 a car depending on the driver, how old the car is, and how rare it may be. I'd say the average is probably around $7. For the 1:24 cars they range around $35 - $80 a car depending on the driver, how old the car is, and how rare it may be. Some cars are going to be more than others but the average would probably be around $50.
