Dahua need to go back the older UI for the camera interface. That new one is soooooo slow. It barely works on a phone and even on a fast PC it is sluggish and buggy. Only techs use that and they dont need a flashy UI. At least give people the option of the old fast UI.

I would like to know how to get access for training. I run a business im Brasil, i am waiting a long time for Dahua online training but all i get is "Your information is being approved, please kindly wait，and an email will be sent after approval."
I noticed an inconstancy across devices when using bluetooth card on shake to unlock option. Iphones are very consistent but androids are behaving strange. Some phones with android work flawless where others need a lot of tries to shake and unlock. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Now I know the Dahua card reader is not at fault but I was wondering if there is a way to make the android devices work more consistent with the system. The auto-unlock function is not an option because I use the controller on an elevator and it would stop at every floor. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate the help! Thanks!

Dear Sir, Reference product….. which was installed at a client location today. However, it has been observed that inspite of setting permissions on some of the cameras, the viewer is still able to view the feed continuously. I have tried myself to set the permissions but it’s not working. Kindly provide solution early or the customers has demanded return of the CCTV system and replacement with alternate make. Hi, Just saw a demo of the DeepHub Pro. It is very impressive. I had a couple of questions. 1) Is there any way to adjust the camera settings to remove the banding/flicker caused by the powerline frequency (50/60 Hz selection). 2) If the room is big, can we add extra external microphones?
How does Auto-tracking 3.0 handle multi-targets at once? For example, 3 persons of interest are meandering on opposite ends of our property. Do you have a video demonstrating such scenarios?
