  Whoever you are, all he said was perfect. If your understanding is shallow kindly go back to review your grammar lessons. He referenced the scriptures perfectly from the lips of Jesus Christ Himself. He is telling you how God defines Holiness and Sinfulness. In other words, he said using the scriptures that, by reason of just imagining impure thoughts in your heart, which is your spirit, you have already sinned, even if you didn't physically engage in the act that you conceived in your heart. Over the years, while I was still a very young Christian, I heard many pastors preach that "It is when you physically do an impure act that it is sin but when you only imagine the impure act, it is not sin". I was deceived and lived a impure life in those days because I imagined vain thought but I didn't engage myself in them physically. I thought that I was holy before God. It was all a deception. I would've gone to help should I have died before I met Pastor Chris who later helped me to see their deception and to come into the knowledge of God's original TRUTH on the concept of SIN.
