  Don't know about the latest models now but comparing my land cruiser 90 series to the 3rd gen 4runner which shares the same chassis and suspension the land cruiser had more armour. The diffs of the land cruiser had extra protection and some other additional armours elsewhere.

  @@Moon222 these two particular models came out at the same time. When i search for my land cruiser 90 series spares i would type in for 4runner 3rd gen if i was not getting in asia. Same parts..ball joints, body bush, links, calipers, brake shoes, servo etc etc...the body shell is different though. The 4runner looks sleek but the land cruiser was taller but had better head room and leg room. Maybe the newer models are different.

  maybe I'm getting old but I really don't like these latest gen cars. They are bombarding them with latest digital tech but all feel too sterile and toyish. Most of the new cars and suvs offers no feedback to the driver from the road, have zero connection and driving pleasure. They became too digital, too electric, disgustingly dull and boring, rather than a vehicle that is fun to drive. Soulless home appliances. Even bmw's are becoming fucking ev's. I hate them all. I miss cars of the 90's.
