  I am an online travel agent. Last month I purchased two tickets from Salam Air's website for two of my customers. Refundabel was written on their website at the time of ticket purchase. My customers ask for ticket refunds as they do not travel for any reason. I went to Salam air's website and asked to cancel the ticket and get a refund. They canceled the tickets and issued me two vouchers in the name of those two customers. I complained to them what should I do with the voucher I need a cash refund. But I don't get any response from them they just sent saying that their airline policy, that was not written on their website. what can i do sir?
