Detroit. This channel's account begins in 2013, a city with a fresh start! In 2024, Detroit is the comeback city and constantly improving since exiting bankruptcy ten years ago. As longtime Detroiters, we are gladly watching it happen through the eye of Frankai and invite you to join us!

Absolutely majestic in every way. Been what 9? years since they installed the windows. Clearly no expense has been spared. Detroit deserves every bit of this.
A parking garage should be built in that open lot by the train station....I always thought that "cold storage" would've been a great spot for a Meijer Essentials, like downtown.
You can see the care coming back to the city neighborhoods....woof
👋👋👋👋👋👋
Lo adoro 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wow ...things sure have changed sense 1980..i miss Detroit and the people..motown , motor city .. 🌆 i wanna come back home...😢💜... 🙏
You do a wonderful job..and with your efforts and time...like , share , and subscribe ..💜💫
I get angry 😤 and an attitude when someone tries to tell me that Detroit is one of the worst in the USA ..I never thought so..and I still don't think so...I think it's great.... Detroit is on the rise ... I'll always stand true with Detroit....💫💜
A new building to explore 💯
I wonder why they did that?🤔
I love the construction in my city but why is everything a rental unit and not a mortgage? People are being squeezed for every last penny, even in a modestly priced city like Detroit. I'm grateful for the fact that my military service granted me the opportunity to own a piece of Detroit, and not perpetually rent from corporate douchebags.
Only thing missing is a public transit line! That parking looked like a hassle. The cold storage building will have some great views, Coachman turned out really nice.
Oh boy! What a treat, I’m coming to visit Corktown soon. Thanks for showing. Can hardly wait for your update and seeing what you take of Michigan Central 😊
Nice to see that the homes in Corktown are getting a “refresh”. Lovely places.
Very nice neighborhood. I like the urban gardens concept!
Me too 😊
They misspelled via! It is vaya con Dios.
If you do decide to live there, make sure you have flood insurance. It has always had flood issues, going back over the years
Very unique neighborhood. I went to Guyton school on Marlborough for k-garten, in 1969
The person who came up with the idea of using empty land for gardening is a genius
Yes they are , 💜💯
Yellow night donuts is the best
The gardens here are marvelous. Most of them host plant and or seed giveaways in the spring too.
Love the Urban Gardens that have spung up along with the little art that people put up. It so cute!
Jefferson Chalmers is becoming my new fav Det neighborhood. It's so unique there really isn't a neighborhood in the city you can compare it to. I love the wide diversity in types of housing, it feels like it was built to be its own little downtown away from downtown Detroit. The canals make it so different in a good way. Developments like coriander kitchen is a good start but I really think the waterfront and canal areas are very underutilized as far as public spaces are concerned. There is tons of potential with this neighborhood.
So cool
Just went last night, it was amazing!
What is that silo next to the new bridge?🤔
i think its being used to make concrete for the bridge i think when constructions over they will remove the silo
The Mayor should hold a "State of the City" address here next year....woof
Wow what a gem this thing is. Would be super cool if it was actually turned into a function passenger station. This would blow away most other cities' stations.
It used to be a train station. The railroad that passes near Michigan Central runs through the rail tunnel connecting Windsor ONT to Detroit MI. Amtrak has been negotiating a deal to use the tunnel for passenger rail service, once a new rail tunnel between the two cities are constructed to handle double stacked container cars.
Awesome!!
Wonder what it will look like at night
A bridge with lights on it
What use to be on the land where the US Port of entry is being built? That is a huge parcel of property.
I think Delray neighborhoods I believe.
@@Akhiii_ Thank you for the reply.
Thanks and yes. It was all Delray. We may do a history video of it and the Bridge soon.
I grew up on Bishop near Warren and Cadieux.. 1974-1993.. We wnt to the Pizza Hut on Bishop and Warren every Friday as kids and Dad let us stay there until 2am when it closed because he liked the waitresses.. lol That was fun for a kid.
What kind of camera bracket do you use for the window? I’d like to get one just like it.
Wha a beautiful day on the lake? The Gordie Howe bridge is looking so good and looks amazing on the skyline.
Your videos are awesome! Keeps me connected with the past and seeing the Detroit comeback happening makes me happy!
Seems like the top of bldg is taking a long time to finish
Parte molto bella della città ❣️
Mi piace il video 👋👋
Che bello il ponte👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Quartiere molto carino 👍🏼
It seems that the East English Village neighborhood never fell into disrepair as much as other Detroit neighborhoods.
