I guess plus, when you ask him “how should I remind you?@, he’ll recognize the method and so, actually pay attention.

Better to be clear that the “talk of inanimate objects” is not meant literally.

Please let your guest talk more, let the conversation naturally evolve. You dont need to add in examples from your own life all the time it stops the flow....and thank you for being a mirror to me too😘

Miss Aggie, I am new to your channel and you are super sweet and I love your energy. I think this was a great interview and I disagree with the commenters below about the interruptions. Obviously constructive criticism is good when it helps you improve, but It looks to me like you are having a nice conversation between friends, (with maybe a tiny bit of a lag on the call). You both seem genuine and are talking about a subject that gets you genuinely excited.....I loved it. Also, in the end, it's your channel and you should have the right to steer the conversation to get the information from the guest that you think your audience wants to hear. Some people will never let you get a word in edgewise if you don't jump in (not accusing Mis Catharine of this, just making a generalization about humans and the give and take of polite conversation). Also, one of the things that interests me about people selling exercise routines, supplements or food is whether they use the product themselves, how much they take/use it and whether they have regular lab tests to see how it helps them....especially in the age of biohacking. (Part of the reason I ask is that it would be nice to know what type of diet she eats if any, if she fasts, how often she works out, what a typical day looks like etc.) I am glad you asked the question about how many she takes each day. Also if she has suffered any health challenges in the past like or last few years that this has helped. Speaking from experience, everyone in our house was negatively impacted by 2 different toxic exposures within about 2 years of each other and we are looking for ways to get back to where we were before all of that happened. I also wonder if she knows of any informal or formal studies on whether either algae has any positive effect on your microbiome.

I've learned a ton from Dave....the explanation that forgiveness is not taught is huge...as I remember becoming a Christian at 39 and the most precious thing I experienced foremost was forgiveness....it catapulted me into learning to shed so many emotional weights...which then allowed me to stay curious and pursue health( mental & physical) Dave has provided so much education. Red lights, ozone, on and on....Hats off!! TY!! Carpe Diem!!

So deep and insightful. As I a Muslim now I felt so deeply why we are preached to say MASHAALLAH to praise anything . I knew it intellectually to use it protect from evil eyes but this explanation gave me holistic view. Thanks so much ❤

Are women in the US really afraid for their lives every day? Is it that bad there? I'm over 50 and was scared for my life only when giving birth.

men are a technology created by nature to make women's lives easier. if men want to make their lives easier they have to invent their own technology. a trash chute from the kitchen to the garage sounds like a good start. unfortunately the male mind is like a computer - you have to input the information each time you want it to do something or it'll just sit there. programming it to automate each task is possible but very difficult.
