Fraser Franks is a former Professional Footballer. He was forced to retire in 2019, at the age of 28 and has recently opened up about some of his struggles.

Fraser is now in the best physical and mental shape he has ever been in and aims to help as many people as possible overcome the obstacles in their way. For Fraser, alcohol became one of those obstacles. He now lives alcohol-free and has a completely different outlook on life.
