  I consider myself a C bass player after playing since I was 16 (70 now) I know the chords, I know the notes, and I know the song I practiced on and play. I will never play like Leland or entwhistle, or any of the greats, but once in a while, I play really good, a B plus maybe, and I wonder, where did that come from?

  Always reading the credets on the albums i came across Skalar on bass no photos..great bass player.I wondered what he looked like.All this before the internet of course.Omly to find out he has a You Tube post.Fear the beard..NO revier the beard and his playing.All time great session bass player.without reservations!!!!!!   @EmceeNolan Correction on this--it's from one of the Monday morning (December 18th) re-runs of the Sunday 11 p.m. edition, as when the first, live airing of that show aired, the re-runs didn't immediately follow. Following the live late show (be it 11 p.m. on Sunday or 2:30 a.m. on the other days), the anchors would pre-record their lead-ins for the re-runs, ending for the final re-run in the loop, and updates. So this was recorded anywhere from 6 a.m. ET to 1 p.m. ET on Monday, December 18th.

  I feel the pain of the people in Cleveland, the same shit happened to us in Baltimore. But I think we should all be happy that we currently have teams in our town and not dwell on the past. but it did create a pretty heated rivalry and I always look foward to a Cleveland Baltimore game.

  We only got a team back because our fans were so united in action that they brought the league to its knees. The lawsuits filed by the city and season ticket holders, the faxes and phone calls that literally shut down the NFL offices, the huge protests, that's the reason we got a team back. I'm guessing you aren't old enough to remember Irsay because otherwise you'd be way more sympathetic. Cleveland has always been a Browns town; you literally can't overestimate how important they are to us.
