  For mystic flour she only needs 35% cd since the clock gives 25% and the cap is 60% once u got 35% cooldown with beascuits u can use raspberries to increase atk and more healing

  Off topic but I felt like I've heard last time that safeguard cookies are useless to insert in your team if you already have mystic flour. Despite of like the advantage of 2 good healers, why is that? like are there any changes if it happens to be both in the team?

  You can, but your whistle buff must goes to dark cacao and black raisin.

  @@chantalmonique2353 no they were asking if they could use the Whistle to buff Dark Choco Cookie so he can have more DMG Resist. As i said before, he has really low ATK that it's not possible to do so

  Yes you need to max his skill. I use Swift Chocolate Toppings to get good Cooldown. -30% CD is important to use skills more often.

  Maybe you should not go over 35% cooldown when you're using the watch. The cooldown cap is 60%

  Be extra careful tho cause the difference of healing between Mystic Flour Cookie and Snapdragon is HUGE. You'll need to invest more DMG Resist

  Getting these toppings substats and beascuit is gonna be a pain in my whole progress since I am struggling to get more powerful for my cookies, none of my cookies even reached to level 80 yet or upgrade magic candies more T - T
