their wedding just gave famous influencers getting married and they're filming it for their fans 😂😂 i love how they did alaric's mini-speech with dorian covering the wedding, its really sweet as it relates to Stefan and Caroline, aswell as EVERYONE on the show (the lil gang)

I hate the turn the vampire diaries took because I find that the writers have very badly managed the plots and the relationships between the characters, especially that of Stefan and Elena. Elena and Stefan were the anchors of the series as the main love story seemed to revolve around them since they were kindred spirits, while the director had planned to reunite Stefan and Elena, the departure of Nina Dobrev has everything exchange. For me the first 3 seasons were the best but after the intrigues and the relationships went all over the place and it ended in anything. Once again, we extend the series far too long... The Vampire Diaries is a small fantasy series for teenagers that is quite pleasant to follow in the first seasons, then, which loses its interest as the following seasons progress. The characters are quite nice at first but quickly become annoying: Caroline who thinks she is Princess Caroline, Elena who was a luminous person with beautiful qualities and has become dark and head to slap, we pray that Damon clears the floor, Stefan that I loved has become a great anything... The story and character development was very poorly exploited in my opinion.

If you ask me what the main issue with TVD is it's the protagonist. Elena's inconsistent, we learn nothing about her throughout eight seasons other than being forced to believe she's "good" when actually she basically plays with two brothers' hearts instead of running for the hills as soon as she realised both are in love with her. Coz that's the stand-up thing to do. And that's only one out of many really bad things she does and yet somehow everyone loves her? Can a pretty face really do that much? Over the entirety of the show, we don't learn anything about hobbies, interests, that sort of thing. She only seems interested in two certain vampires with whom she shares a pretty shallow relationship (no offence). We're supposed to mourn her parents with her in the beginning, but we never got to know them, so it just feels cringey. Yet only a couple of episodes in, we've already established the background of Klaus, his hobbies, his temper and his entire (consistent!) character. And the same goes for Caroline. She's simply much, much, much better written than Elena.

He lost his parents too, he lost Jenna and Alaroc too, but everything is abt Elena, at the end Elena got to be with the love of her life, she had his brother, while Caroline and Bonnie lost their parents, lost the love of their life.... Elena lost her parents but Bonnie and Caroline lost everything...... At the end Caroline got family and had everything but at the same time she had nothing!

When Stephen told Caroline that Liz won't make through the cancer and Caroline started tearing up, i was thinking like "vampires can't cry right, so Stephen probably won't cry here" and then i remembered that Caroline is a vampire too! Caroline was the only vampire in the whole series who still seemed human, Elena didn't even come close. Caroline was the KINDEST being, she deserved to have a happy ending

Caroline and Bonnie were underrated. they both deserved better.I always find them more powerful characters than Elena.They sacrificed more than Elena. Writers were blind eyes to Elena. I really wanted Caroline and Bonnie a happy ending. But their stories were incomplete in the end.
