Hi, thanks for reaching out. It serves me really well. I still have it but the mixing bowl is slightly smaller that I thought. Mixes up to 3kgs well. The only issue I have with it is the fact that the paddle attachment doesn’t scrap the walls of the mixing bowl well. But that’s a rather small inconvenience. It struggles a bit when making bread dough. It’s a good entry level/ budget mixer though

We don't add oil when preparing this sauce but you have to cook it on low heat for a longer time and you are good to go

By January moving forward the snow melts away due to high heat (changed weather conditions) it’s usually snowy towards the last quarter of the year. I hope to go back when it’s snowy to have that experience.

Camera inadanganya…. Up here everything is high so it feels normal. It’s quite high but you won’t feel it because of the time spent acclimatizing the high altitude.

If you have raw peanuts, just grind them either in a blender or food processor until they are relatively fine. If you have roasted peanuts, do the same, however, these will turn into a paste almost like peanut butter but don’t over process to make peanut butter. Just until all the huge lumps are gone

Not 100% safe due to EMF. EMF is a type of non-ionizing radiation that is produced by electrical appliances, including induction stoves. While the levels of EMF emitted by induction stoves are generally considered safe, prolonged exposure to high levels of EMF has been a subject of concern in some studies. You can solve this by keeping a safe distance when cooking and not hovering over the stove constantly.
