  You can. Some people make up their own cutter using the pop can and manually mold it using tooth picks or anything they can use and still turn out okay.

  I have a question, Is the flowers hard when clay is dry or is it flexable? Can you bend flower petals or will they break? Thank you.

  Hello! The clay is soft and flexible while you’re working on it but eventually hardens when dried. The reason why I use tacky glue instead of regular glue is because it is stronger and doesn’t easily break.
