been stuck for about 10 days (I don't eat that much). started taking sugar free Metamucil - Equate has the same and it's better. one tea spoon in a glass of water 5-6 times a day at 2-3 hours interval. be sure to read how to mix - mix, count to 10 then drink - dont delay more than 10 seconds. after a few days it worked - the fibers did actually travel all the way down the colon even down the blocked sections. I keep taking now every day but much less - about half tea spoon 3-4 times a day. 1 large lettuce loaf raw (washed) with each meal gets same results. here's few reasons for constipation. main factor - body dehydration. colon works with fluids, less body fluids, drier colon, less movement. when the colon has this issue, some foods become problematic such as dark chocolate, ice cream and any cream. tip: when poop has hardened and won't come out, press with the fingers one inch above the rectum - while forcing out. be sure to wash hands.

If you look up Dr. Sam, you will see that she is listed on dodgy medical listings as a doctor at the head of departments in multiple cities across the US. Imagine having to drive 27 hours between all 10 jobs every single day.
