Finally started a KZread channel after much procrastination. Primarily railroad videos of the action on the BNSF St. Croix Subdivision, have watched it go from BN Green through the merger with Santa Fe to today's BNSF. Also venture over to the CP River Sub and elsewhere when I can. Also might have a few non-railroad videos of other interesting mechanical things as well.

Why doesn't the Borealis have venture cars and sc-44?
From what I've been told Amtrak had to "borrow" from the east coast commuter equipment pool to make the Borealis possible.
Cool P3 horn
Ive never seen a locomotive graffitied like that dayumm
Where in Red Wing were you? I caught this same one at the station
It is a property along the tracks I have been allowed access to.
517 is not a "P32AC-DM" It is a P32-8BWH
Do you what's CPKC 644 starts out in from ware to ware?
It originates from New Town, ND but can go to either Marquette, IA or Portage, WI.
I seen that exact Homer Simpson autorack here where I live! Cumberland MD CSX Yard. I have a video of it on my channel too!

What makes this train go to Tulsa?? I'm curious. I know that CHCSSE has amazon containers and it and PTLCHC has rear dpu's. But what's the difference between KCKNTW & BRCNTW? Is there anything specific?? I'm trying to finish editing a video at Newport and have one for Prescott soon. I am trying to familiarize myself with more River & St.Croix Sub trains.
This particular train was very similar to another Tulsa bound train seen earlier, I wasn't sure so hence why there is a question mark after it. Trains headed for Tulsa also come from Grand Forks too. As to what you said about intermodals are generally the norm but there always are exceptions to these. Also look at international shipping containers, there are certain ones that go only to Portland or Seattle (so I've read/been told). For BRCNTW usually there are CSX cars, pressurized hoppers for flour, and many empty centerbeam flats, but there is also is the NSINTW which comes from NS in Elkhart which can have the same things. NTWKCK trains usually seem to have many boxcars, scrap loads and autoracks. I will just say these are general things seen and not the golden rule to use as one time I saw a Q-train that was almost all loaded lumber centerbeams and LPG tankers. Sometimes you can get the train symbol while listening to the scanner (CPKC calls out the train number thankfully) or even while looking at Heritage Units map if the train has a tracked locomotive on it.
Thanks. I'm trying to learn those. I have the Union Pacific down to a tee on the Albert Lea Sub. I'm just trying to make sure I get the river and st.croix sub correctly. I got CPKC 246 in Newport the day you got it in Red Wing. So that's what I'm editing now.
Like one my friend 🤝🏽
Nice. One of the trains I caught in Newport that day. Editing video now.
Thanx for the information in the description section.
The horn on the leader is a raised letter K5HLB
The leader has a raised letter K5HLB on it!
Caught that exact same train in Elk River. Nice video!
Whats the striped plow onw
9777's plow was repaired or replaced immediately after filming when the locomotive was repainted back into CP colors. Only 9751 and 9758 still have the striped plows yet, the plow on 9782 was repaired several years after the movie due to damage received in a collision/grade crossing accident (if my memory is correct).
Excellent video🚂🚂👍😉
Great shot 🚂🚂👍😉
How many of these are they buying do you know?
I am not sure, at least 7 SD90s they have 3 flag scheme units besides these 4. Plus they had 5 ex-NS/Conrail SD80MACs too but those were just for parts from what I understand.
This was H-NTWTUL.
Great video. I saw this in Prescott
i cant imagine how much money people waist graffitiing trains.
The same rats that cannot pay the bills on time are the same rats wasting money on the latest shoes and lot's of spray paint.
Nice catch
Perfect catch 👍👍
Nice intermodal train, great catch
Saw cn 3015 last year
