Man many things you mentioned are very relatable. Especially the things related to the body. I burnt out between 2,5 years ago. I spent this time alone, distanced myself from my social life. At the same time I developed strong nerve pain, neurological problems and a sleep apnea, which is not typical for a 24 years old(then). I was fit and healthy physically, but suddenly something happened to my body, but also mentally as I mentioned. I thought it had a different reason, but either way it's getting better. Things are getting better. I went through so many things the past decade, some experiences are hard to work out, but I have changed and still am. It's like you said, either live consciously & retake my life or slowly die, that's what I feel.

I have the symptoms of awakening at around 3:0AM for the last 4 years, and lately there is one more symptoms related to the wakening, I experience increased body temperature that starts at 1:00AM and endures to about 6:00AM sometimes less but never less than 4 hours! In the morning, I feel like I have worked continuedly all night. I also feel like I have a mild cold that does not go away. I know that this is due to cleaning out the carbon-based body. I accept this state and thereby giving permission for the process. The intensity of the process is thereby reduced, do not go to a Dr. because they are not able to detect anything. I hope that this helps to survive the transition.

I have been experiencing these symptoms for about 8 years and couldn’t understand why. They are much better now and farther and fewer between, thank goodness. The headaches were the worst, but my eyes have been opened to so much. I want to help make the world a much better place for all living beings ❤

Yeah, but how many people watch these videos and truly think that they are or that they are evolving as well when they think that they get to a point that they’re just done they’re evolved they’re enlightened. They have nothing else to learn and there at the top and we all need to listen to them… most evolved and enlightened people will not call themselves evolved or enlightened because they are still evolving and enlightening. It’s like dumb people that call themselves smart smart people don’t go around generally telling everybody how smart they are. They are just smart. They just continue to be smart and continue to learn while dumb people go around needing everyone to know how smart they really are. It is the exact same situation… we have all these people who think that they are so evolved and so much better than us which that is completely voiding you being evolved. Stop worrying about the title and worry about evolving yourself emotionally spiritually, and physically. Your growth is not concurrent with anyone else. It is your own and theirs is their own. You have no control over their stream and where it goes.. even if you think they all lead the ocean.

Thank you for this... I am isolated more often than not. Sometimes not understanding why. This video randomly popped up and something pulled at me to watch. I'm thankful that I did. All of my life I have been solitary and agoraphobic but I know that God has been with me all of my life. He has always been present, guiding me and directing me. I needed to hear this today because I have been weighed down lately, not completely understanding why, but I know that God knows best and truly has a plan for us all. My prayer is that you would be blessed in all of your doings so long as everything that you do will be lined up to God's will and that He would give you strength to bear up under His will for your lives. May everyone continue to do His good work, for it is Him who creates good works for us to preform and the One, who in His mercy, stoops down to make us significant. May you all be blessed of Him continually. And again, I truly do thank you for this message....
