I hope comments are still being viewed and read. Great stuff indeed! I do have a question though. If you have a repository in github, lets call ProjectOne and inside that repository is a folder called Test2 with source code files inside it, how do you use github desktop to move source files to Test2? Is it possible? Thank you for sharing this video
Thank you!
thanks man, that "Run in terminal" option helped
why can't I use the "cin >>" thing, I don't know where to enter stuff. Is it in the output?
does remove a reposiitory mean the same as delete a repository.
No. It just removes it from the application.
Thanks somuch dude
how to change the editor or add the another editor in github desktop
Please provide a code also
He only increasing his watch time And wasting other time.
Nice
Thanks Man
Sudo, the soders group have permission granted to do supersuser task. Such as the owner give you to make his house as yours, but you’re responsibile for it if any happen, such as, logs are stored on who has use the sudo. You may remove the user from being sudo in sudoers configuration. For SU, you control the system as Superuser, not as standard user who has elevated previleged, because SU its the OS itself .. sudoers only granted user by SU ..
I made changes in the local folder where i was working before but it is not reflected in github desktop. Why so?
Hello. Please make sure the folder you're working in is initiated with Git. If git is not initialised in your directory, it will not show up in the application.
thank you
You're welcome
How to seach by commit or log in history tab in git desktop
Hi. There will be a tab where it says History or Commits. You can check all the commit history from there.
Code?
Bla bla bla !!!
Thanks very much!!
Using Height is more effective than max-width
doesn't work on tall images, don't waste your time
Not the whole story. You need to set height to auto and display to block too.
But texts will not be over right
❤❤
thanks so much!
Thank you so much 🙏
Good info and I would like to suggest to avoid the zooming in/out as it is nauseating. If someone is trying to follow hand-on, the zooming in/out is losing focus.
Noted! Welcome to the channel
Fantastic work! Congrats! from Brazil.

Thank you, your video was very helpful.
great
What is "This" at 1:20? When creating instruction videos you HAVE to assume that the viewer does not know what "this" is. You can't assume the view has seen any other video.
Best explanation. Thanks very much bro!

After following your way i am start getting error "error: pathspec 'Feature1' did not match any file(s) known to git" and not solving after multiple attempt
Hi. Please make sure to use the -b flag with the checkout command. Alternately, you can also use the "git switch -c <name>" command for creating new branches. Thanks for watching.

"Error: Permission denied" when i try to copy my repsitory. What do i do?
Hey, can you tell me in detail what is happening wrong at your side?
Scrolling works perfectly, but when I give a link inside 'menu' or 'about' sections, what happens is new page opens at the end of the existing page, and all other components like 'home', 'menu' stays as it is. Is there any way to hide all other components and load only the new component
Hi. Yes this can be done. For this apply the conditional rendering of the new component on reaching that new URL. If you want the component at XYZ... url, then render ONLY the new component but not the other ones. This can be achieved via conditional rendering syntax for that specific URL. Do this in your main/parent component that renders all the components to the DOM.
it's not "dekstop", it's "deSKtop", from the word "desk"
Great attention to detail. I always have a problem pronouncing this word. Others have also pointed this out earlier. I'll try to say it properly from now. There's a new series on my channel for GitHub Desktop. You should check it out. Welcome to the channel 🙂
