  Par mi el titulo es un engaño ..en el sentido que llevo muchos años din dormir a hora normal llevo desde las 12 con todo tomado y ya repetí y don pasadas las 5.. Llevo o usando estos medios ..meditaciones y de todo..nidra..alfa ..beta ..frecuencias fuertes ..tipos de sanacion durmiendo y refuerzo ..palabras positivas ..estoyco ..abundancia..Gratitud ..lS Geolas ..como se va a quitar el imsomnio en una noche ..suponiendo que me duerma ..no somos todos iguales ..agradezco este trabajo como el que más...pero voy a ver si es verdad que por desgracia ..un problema tan serio no se arregla en un video...Muy Agradecida ..pero la verdad no es esa ❤

  My dear friend, this is truly all I needed today. Something so soothing, relaxing, and peaceful like in this video. I just have been experiencing a build up of stressful things at work, and somehow the only that calms my mind and allows me to stop thinking about work is something like this.   It is such a shame. This is a good video, but I can't use it for sleep. I really tried this afternoon and some loud and lengthy UNSKIPPABLE commercials came in and I was forced to switch to a channel I knew didn't have any. In short, no sleep at all. So sorry 🙏. If you ever come out with one with no commercials, I am there 💯!
