Do you gents happen to have the length in mm of the T7s OEM rebound adjustment rod? I am double checking to see if mine was trimmed properly during installation of my Ktech kit. In a troubleshooting phase currently

What a lack of consideration from the part of Honda. Honda really does not care about the clients, always puts the least amount of effort. I was a Honda fan but no more .

Honda should have a version that costs $1500-2000 more. Let people choose which suspension they want Pro or standard.

Perhaps. But it really wasn’t that big of a deal for me. I did the job myself for less than $900us, and my monthly note on the bike was less than $100us, which is exactly where I wanted it to be. For me personally, it’s easier financially, to bring the bike home, keep the payments at a minimum, and accessorize/upgrade it as I am able to afford it. And since my payments were so cheap, I was able to double up on them most months. And in 6-8 months my bike was completely equipped with everything I wanted. A bike that cost $2k more off the showroom floor would had taken me longer to upgrade, as well as pay off. Additionally, I was able to modify the suspension, and due to the challenge of my limited height, I was able to avoid creating a bike that would be too tall for me just because I wanted to stiffen up the suspension. So even if Honda did offer a more expensive version, there are several reasons I would had chosen the less expensive one anyway.

It is a lack of engineering . There is no need for more money , as the film proves.

@@fcalin21 been riding motorcycles for 43 years, owned more than 20 bikes, the 300 Rally is the most fun, capable, easy to ride, and versatile bike I’ve ever owned. And since it’s a Honda, I’m sure it will be another reliable one. 99.9% of the people who have nothing good to say about the 300l/Rally has never owned one, or even ridden one.

@@airadaimagery692 The only good things that Honda gives in the 300 model are the frame , the motor and the gear box which are the basic stuff. The engine could be better i would say since it vibrates too much. As i have said Honda does not make an effort to manufacture a decent product. CRF 300 and CRF450 are not finished products.

@@mpesuspension Thanks rode the recently bought KLR 650 lowered link …great seat height . But oh boy try turning it around on a steep single track hill. I managed to get off the seat and inch it sideways on the rocky hill..if I had dropped it ..I am not sure if I could have got it out of the bush . Assuming the 155kg rally will be easier to lift and manouevre .

I was under the impression that the rear shock was an unserviceable unit which could not be split and the spring was not removable? How were you able to open it up?
