Where do you spend money? What do you buy to meet that spend milestone?
Thank you for this podcast
Wow!
Nice point and example. Thanks!
Reality of staying in these places: 1. No power for most of the times (3 phase power is available only for 6-7 hrs) 2. Deal with snakes. 3. No maids (Do all ur work) 4. No entertainment 5. Get board big time 6. Very difficult to sell the village farm land (locals quote for very less price, u have to find a banagalorian to sell farmland) 7. If land prices increases in short span (3 to 5 years).. new Legal hires will claim the ownership. 8. U have to spend 10 to 12 hrs (both ways) to Bangalore to get some entertainment.
1. True - but yuh can Get Solar and Generators.. 2. No - they won’t harm you until you go and disturb them 😀 3. You will easily get - you just need to be a kind person - works at villages come with a pure heart 4. Depends on what entertainment means to you. If you are talking about Night Life - yes, you have to travel out 5. Again - it’s subjective 6. Again - depends on the location 7. You have to do your legal - else you will have trouble 8. 😀 too subjective… Sagar - I get what you are saying. You might have gone through these issues.. you will face this when you get a property in an unknown village. When you go to your native, where you have your roots.. you will get support from your family and villagers.. again depends on what kind of relationship you manage..
Amazing podcast 🎉
Pretty conscise and interesting discussion.
How he makes 16Crores from Digital Marketing, just like bulshiting and lieing and he raid on ancestors money and this people market to show off wealth! there ancestors knows whats the worth!
He has legit 2-3 companies. That's where the revenue comes from. Please watch the entire video.
Great podcast. Thank you for bringing forth wonderful guests who share their experiences and journey with us. Keep growing 🎉
I just watched 10 sec of the video. Gonna watch the rest. But i have always wondered why these business consultants get paid that much. There job is not that difficult. Any good engineer can pull it off in a same way or even better without putting much efforts. I understand they get paid because business grows because of them but i simply fail to understand difficulty or complexity. Technical work is more difficult but we are paid less. Obviously because of them business makes more money so in return they also make more money
Mann, you cannot get into management consulting unless and until you are from tier 1 management college or have some suppeeerrrr achievement in your resume ! This is the harsh reality
Im blogger with 1.5L/Mon from past 6 year on avg. 🎉
Great 👍
Thankyou
Great podcast ❤
Hi, I would like to get in touch per annum team,,, how to connect with you.
please mail us at [email protected]
very well built, not easy to do this good work
At 35, I bought a 16-acre agricultural land and built a farmhouse with an agricultural pond near Mysuru. The overall idea sounds good but with a lot of superfluity n this guy is claiming way too much credit for developing this property. Come on dude, be honest. Why would a crorepati own VW Jetta car as the 3rd owner? Also, the BMW is not registered in his name... Pls check out the car numbers! Other key questions: 1. How did he earn the money to buy the 27-acre land in the first place? What % is his in-law's investment and who all are sharing the income right now??.... 2. Who are the US clients he is talking about (the "nonstop" work the couple do daily in 2 shifts! 🥲). 3. At 2:40 dude says.... making the pond was the biggest investment! Building an agricultural pond of 1 acre size would cost about 12-15 lakhs max even in the year 2023. Getting a borewell and fencing wouldn't take 1 year. 4. The trees are not coconut; they are areca nut.... show the 4-acre coffee plantation please. And 20:20 .... the land is NOT cheap in Karnataka!!
1. He runs a global consulting firm around digital & brand marketing which brings in 2 million dollars in revenue. 2. We have shot his professional journey as well. That video will come out this month. 3. Building the pond on this land wasn't easy. there were some other factors that went in as well which were typically not related to just pond building. 4. yes, that was the mistake on our end. we placed the wrong shot in the editing. Suhas also informed us about that.
@@PerAnnummoney Appreciate your response🙏🏼 Please also verify the professional credentials through independent sources as well.
One can grow 3000 fishes per acre which is a general practice, if the tank size is above 20 acres. Price is around 120rs per kg, rest is to caliculate. I cant understand how he is expecting huge income from fish pond of 1.5 acres
You must check out a guy called "Drone Pratap" in Karnataka. Just Google it
Look at people from middle class and below poverty .....you will get problems to solve!

Just to add.. across the year we have 2 full time resources. During season - we bring in 10-12 people depending on availability..
I Want To Open Kannada Podcast Channel….Can I Visit His Farm House….? Location…?😊
I'm 34, kuchh set nahi hai!
These all are business spends 30 40 lacs
Wow! This was very insightful. It’s great that we can talk about these things publicly and have no fear whatsoever. Glad to know that he made a significant comeback through his experiences. In life there are no failures but only lessons to learn and blessings to count. Also, the line where he says “you can fail till 30 because you still got 30 more years after that really moved me and motivated to do well. This was just brilliant!👏🏻👏🏻
Koi kaam ki baat nhi ki sabko pata hai ye.... No need to put this as separate video
Bhai advertisement se paise bhi too kamana hai 😂
HAHA
This is genuinely the best and most helpful podcast that I’ve seen. Great questions, even better answers. Such clarity in thought 🫡
One of the best videos and also spreading awareness about the life of an IIT aspirant as well as the student. Kudos. #amazing_editing #aspiring_story
Why does management consultant have low salary, 33lpa is below average, considering they study in IIM and are good in academics. Being SDE, i get above 50 with just 2 year exp.
Bhai kaha se ho
Let’s be brutally honest here. Not everyone can generate these kind of returns on Real Estate. Real Estate depends on one thing and one thing alone, which is location, location, and location. If you are in a poor location, it’ll be a challenge to do more than 2% of your investment, let’s not build castles in the air and mislead people based onsomebody else’s good Fortune.
kyu karna hai. jo hai khush raho na. Why everyone is running around for more...
If you look at it he didn't make a choice where he was looking for more.
quitting my 4 lpm soon
Now it is a wasteful card..Axis Magnus..
What he mentioned about the problems is largely true, hence, to sustain in consulting you need to look beyond the strategy work and get into implementation work. Otherwise, you will mostly end up being a deck or excel monkey..
Woww this awakens me ❤
Did he really even work for BAIN??? 30 lpa ki job pe max u could get is 1.75 which is after removing only income tax Baki reduction to chor hi do. Please don’t set a fake narrative towards the fresher people
He is referring to 40 LPA not 30. And also it isn't necessary that you will get 1.75 on 30 LPA. It totally depends on firm to firm.
@@PerAnnummoney he mentioned clearly 30-33 lpa anyways
@@SatyamSiNgh-so1tx He didn't mention his CTC at all. From the very beginning he's talking only about the in hand cash inflow
Superb
Ameeron ka podcast hai. 🥲
Why not Diners Club Black?
That's also a good card. It can probably be 4th in the list.
@@PerAnnummoney Thanks. Do you still think that Axis Atlas makes sense? It is highly restrictive in terms of spending avenues (does not support fuel, insurance, wallets, utilities, government related, jewellery, rent, and many others). Plus these limitations do not apply just on milestones, they apply on normal rewards as well. So where would a person actually use the Atlas card now? If we limit it to just travel, how many people would be spending 6 lakhs plus in a year just on travel (assuming spend based on cap of 30k per year @5% in travel category).
Axis with spend base
all i learnt is, there is no harsh reality abt consulting. It's simply interesting.
If you have chosen right company and if you have got good team .
