    Do you have a link for the rotary dampers in Europe? I cannot find them for a reasonable price at all. Do you have an alternative to that? (Besides the Teflon washers)

    That's the throttle grip right? As far as I know you can use it for F86 to.

    The F86 actually has a slightly different shape underneath around where you grasp it with your fingers, but functionally they are very similar.

    I highly doubt I'll build this stick anytime soon however, the office chair mount is brilliant. I'll definitely be looking for those files and modifing something for my setup. Everyone has an office chair and something to hold the stick and pedals at a fixed reference is a must!

    The TLE 5010/5011 Boards are difficult to source in Germany (even Aliexpress doesnt provide them atm). Do you have any ideas or alternatives?

    Will the toe brake function be axis or buttons? And will it be possible to lock the rudder function in place (in case i only wanna use the toe brakes)?

    You mean like the winwing pedals? Its interesting possiblity to add like a pin that can lot the pedal movement, but on the other hand, if someone can print the pedals they could also possible 3d print racing pedals too which are more dedicated.

    @@12Alitat Yeah, especially since if you are going to DIY racing pedals it would be good to have a clutch too. Though I think locking the pedal axis wouldn't be too complicated, just need a pin or something that can pass through the mechanism. Put it on the idea board for now.

    Want to keep this as a low cost option, but once I get the design out, i am going to get one of those vpforce motors and come up with a mouting option for ffb pedals. Have a large gear ⚙️ replace the cam roller and the motor mount off the back. Its extra $$$ so gotta wait for the patreon fund to pool over time

    This is Exactly what we need to interface with mobile simulators as well...Bluetooth or if possible, type c to USB (powered hub) perhaps?!!

    I saw some people hooking up usb controllers to a standalone quest vr sim, i wonder if i would need to figure out how to emulate an xinput device over usb. Something to put on the project kanban for future

    ​@@rightrudderleftstickset it up so the stick (via release pin) can fold forward, allowing the platform to be put away (like stowing an ironing board/ total gym) under bed or in a garment style bag to be hung behind a door...all you need is a throttle stand that is adjustable fore and aft, up and dwn. Brilliant!! This needs to go to market. Connect to Any console, pc, device, integrated calibration app to set "dead zones", responce sensitivity. Add VR and done! Cheers!!

    I actually got it from amazon.ca back when I was living in Canada, Cruising aliexpress seems to be very difficult to find something that looks right. I think the best bet is order from somewhere that has a good return policy and testing them when it arrives to see if it's a good one.

    Heyhey, i printed your gimbal and chair mount, i love it! All that is missing now is the rudder pedals. Any estimation on when you are going to release them?     So I built this base, and it is great, but I can't seem to get my Virpil WarBRD grip to work with it. Only seeing the inputs from trigger, up on the top 8-way hat, and one of the directions on the 5-way hat. Any suggestions to try out?

    Isn't the gear on potentiometer introducing too much freeplay/backlash?

    The top of the pedals aren't actually printed yet, so they are very sloppy. The gears are actually for rotary dampers, as a more affordable alternative to damping the motion to a steering piston.

    I really like this design. People sometimes rely on simple springs to pull pedals back in a hope they gonna end up centered. This is the right way to do it.

    We need this to be bluetooth or type C to use with flight simulator apps...a worthy candidate flying solo would be Sky on Fire but foe Massive Multiplayer WWI Air Combat, Fighter Wing 3.1 demands rudder input! Cheers!!

    3D printed F-14 Throttles to adapt to Suncom SFS or Warthog. If you run out of project ideas. UFC master switch board would be Greatly Appreciated as well (sepperated tandem F-14 Familiarization Environment is my goal as I'd suspect if build as a single enclosure would be too big, too hot and too inconvenient to enter and exit if VR induced vertigo forces the R.I.O. to punch out in a motion sickness induced emergency. Air sick bags omitted to reduce operational costs LOL! Cheers!!

    @@chesingleton1787 there are so many great throttle projects out there that I think for my setup I'd just make a really basic "bushplane" lever for completeness and maybe support the bracket for mounting the Authentikit series of quadrants to the rig

    I actually recommend looking into the OpenHornet beta release, that project's throttle is so much more complete and accurate there is no need for me to add anything.

    It was actually an internal bearing failure, removing the belt spindle had some pieces of the bearing fall out.
