Fabulous group! I’m a huge fan of both Lisa-X and Hazuki, but this song even surprised me. Much heavier than their usual music, which I also like. Of course Kanade Sato, Kotono and Wakazaemon are top tier.

A super group in action. Li-Sa X (child prodigy; Lead Guitar), Hazuki (guitarist "Nemophila"), Kanade Soto (child prodigy; Drums), Kotono ( former vocalist Iron Bunny) and a guest bassist from the group "East of Eden" Wakazamon. Li-Sa is the main song writer and is only 19-20 in age. This song is probably their hardest to date.

If you are up for another one you can try Sokoninaru with their song Tenohira De Odoru. I think the reason for the lack of subs for KOIAI is because they have recently re-branded. They used to be called the LISA-X band, that's the guitarist on the right name. She used to be a KZread sensation when she was like 11-years for her shredding skills. Their previous vocalist left the band and that is when they changed there name to KOIAI. The other guitarist is Hazuki from Nemophila the other band you reacted too. Have a great rest of the day man.

Ain't no band who writes, plays and performs like Band-Maid! While I've watched Magie climb from an initial 6, when I first heard it, to a 7 and now an 8 (taken from a recent survey of my cerebral musical cortex ;-), I always appreciate the execution, sound and, once again, performance of all their songs... even starting with "Made In Japan," released in 2014 when I first became entranced with the Magical Maids. I believe this song is in E-flat minor. And given the heavy use of minor pentatonic scale in the song melody and riff, it was most likely composed on the piano. Because just by playing the black keys, the 2nd and the 6th notes are left out, and that's exactly the scale.

That background riff Miyako plays right before Midori starts her solo (when they are still in halftime) is one of my favorite Lovebites riffs. It almost has a funk feel to it in my opinion. Very underrated. Another LoveBItes song that doesn't get the attention it deserves is "Today Is The Day". Great harmony and solos. Blind Guardian is incredible! They have a very specific style that isn't to everyone's taste, but they are stellar musicians who have been at it non-stop since the 1980s! They have three main claims to fame: Hansi's amazing layered vocal harmonies that sound like a full choir, insanely intricate guitar shredding, and lyrics that go deep into Fantasy, History, Literature, & Science Fiction. Interesting thing about the production on this is, there are only two singers, so when you hear a female choir it is Simone doing multiple takes and there is one guy (I forget his name) doing the male choir parts.

The whole Epica band are involved in this. Mark Jansen with the harsh vocals, Rob Van Der Loo on bass and the whole band on backing vocals. As with Simone’s other solo songs, Arjen Lucassen is responsible for the music with Simone writing the lyrics. The full album comes out on August 23rd.

Richie (the vocalist on this one) usually sings a couple of songs during their live set. The song is about riding the New York subway in the summer time. They are grandpas, the band formed in the 1960s. Always on tour, I think they may have played more live shows than any other rock band.

The whole Epica band are involved in this. Mark Jansen with the harsh vocals, Rob Van Der Loo on bass and the whole band on backing vocals. As with Simone’s other solo songs, Arjen Lucassen is responsible for the music with Simone writing the lyrics. The full album comes out on August 23rd.

Richie (the vocalist on this one) usually sings a couple of songs during their live set. The song is about riding the New York subway in the summer time. They are grandpas, the band formed in the 1960s. Always on tour, I think they may have played more live shows than any other rock band.
