1) THAT GUY can't be like THAT GUY, on the front end loader, bc that would make farming easy and there is nothing easy about farming. 2) Boy tractors aren't like they use to be for sure. 3) Did you rebale for your own needs or to sell. Do you rebale annually often, wonder what the cost factor is? great vid, thx for sharing.
@lukescott13589 күн бұрын
Hay!.. just now seeing this... The re-bale was for sale... we have never re-baled before this year it's more of an experiment with economics and efficiencies. Storage and weather and timing are factors, but also it could be adjusting supply levels. We are definitely learning as we go, and this isn't ideal under some circumstances but just seemed to work out this time. Thanks for watching and for the comments!

Like watching these videos from back home. My nephews help Chris out every now and again. My son spends the summer up there visiting family, helping Grandma and has worked for Chris walking beans and putting up hay.
@lukescott1358Ай бұрын
@tomc5007 I'm glad you enjoy them and I'm sure Chris is thankful for the help. My goal is to document what it's like on the farm for future generations.

Enjoyed your camping adventure. I have the same popup as you. I do have a question about the canopy. We have the canopy but the brackets and attaching it to the camper is unclear. Could you do a video on the setup. Thank you and happy camping

Glad u liked it. We should be pulling the camper to Indiana in the next month or so. I'll see if i can do a demo before we take off.

I just cant believe how they have access to just such a large variety of fruits , trees and plants. Feels like they live in paradise. Fresh produce right on their door step , surrounded by nature and enjoyed together in a close knit family and community! All the money in the world cant buy what they have.

Your video is a great reminder of the value of patience and perseverance. It takes a lot of time and effort to grow and harvest melons and oranges, but the end result is so worth it. And the fact that you're able to make a living by selling them at the market is even more impressive. Keep up the great work! And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.

By the time you find it your fuel and time spent looking becomes crazy. Why not just enter the make and model number into your web browser and download the manual off the internet?

That's so true. And good idea. We've actually been several years without calibrating because it seemed to be really close to the elevator #s until this year. Not sure where they found the manual, but we still didn't really get it dialed in. Not enough corn i guess😅
